Trotzdem wurden sie von ihrem weinbaulichen Nationalstolz geblendet, denn gerade der Batard Montrachet wurde wegen geruchlicher M\u00e4ngel als Kalifornier identifiziert (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.classbrain.com\/artmovies\/publish\/judgment_of_paris_california_wine.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cThat is definitely California. Comunque questo non li ha preservati da essere fuoriviati dall&#8217;orgoglio nazionale in quanto proprio il\u00a0Batard Montrachet perch\u00e9 non convinceva con il suo aroma veniva attribuito alla California\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.classbrain.com\/artmovies\/publish\/judgment_of_paris_california_wine.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">\u201cThat is definitely California. Indipendentemente da queste errate attribuzioni non si pu\u00f2 dubitare che i giudici abbiano degustato con il rigore e la seriet\u00e0 dovuta.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Doch wie der erfahrene Koster und fast noch mehr, der Auswerter von Verkostungen wei\u00df, k\u00f6nnen das beste Wissen und die gereiftesten Erfahrungen von einer schlechten Tagesform zunichte gemacht werden. Diese kann physiologische (Erk\u00e4ltung z.B.) oder psychologische Gr\u00fcnde (Stress, Zerstreutheit, usw.) haben.\u00a0Um mit diesen M\u00e4ngeln behaftete\u00a0Kosturteile zu identifizieren und eventuell auszuscheiden, bietet sich eine Art der Kosterpr\u00fcfung an, welche die Abweichungen zwischen mehrfach gereichten gleichen Weine und der Auspunktungsbereitschaft in Bezug setzt. Meine inzwischen mehrj\u00e4hrigen Erfahrungen sehen aber anders aus: Koster A z.B., welcher sicherlich keine gute Tagesform hatte \u2014 seine Ergebnisse wurden f\u00fcr die Gesamtauswertung auch nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt\u00a0\u2014 , bewertete die gleichen Weine mit bis zu zehn Punkten Unterschied, w\u00e4hrend er zwischen den verschiedenen Weinen weit weniger stark differenzierte. Zudem\u00a0nutzte er die Skala wenig aus. Die Koster B und C weisen mittlere F-Werte auf und ihr Verhalten ist repr\u00e4sentativ f\u00fcr viele erfahrene Koster: ersterer nutzt die angebotene Skala gut aus, weicht f\u00fcnf und mehr Punkte ab wobei ihm auch ein sensorischer Ausrutscher von 15 Punkten passierte. Zweiterer reproduziert besser, unterscheidet aber auch weniger zwischen den verschiedenen Proben. Der bester Koster der Veranstaltung, D, unterscheidet gut und reproduzierbar, gleiche Weine um neun Hundertstel verschieden zu bewerten kann aber auch ihm passieren.<\/p>\n<p><em>Tra esperti si presume molto spesso che giudici allenati non sbaglino di pi\u00f9 di tre punti assaggiando pi\u00f9 volte lo stesso vino. Le esperienze che ho raccolto negli anni sono invece altre: Il degustatore A che di sicuro non disponeva di una buona forma giornaliera (infatti non fu considerato) ha dato anche dieci punti di differneza trai campioni uguali mentre differenziava molto meno tra i vini differenti. Inoltre non ha sfruttato per niente la scala. I giudici B e C sono caratterizzati da valori di F medi ed il loro atteggiamento \u00e8 tipico per molti degustatori esperti: il primo sfrutta bene la scala, sbaglia di cinque e pi\u00f9 punti e per una volta gli capita una gaffe sbagliando una volta di quindici unit\u00e0. Il secondo riproduce meglio ma distingue meno nettamente tra i vini. Il miglior assaggiatore della manifestazione, D, differenzia bene ed in modo ripetuto, per\u00f2 come si pu\u00f2 vedere anche a lui pu\u00f2 capitare di sbagliare di nove punti nella valutazione dello stesso campione.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Was ich damit sagen will: Wenn (wirkliche oder angenommene) Weinexperten sich oft wegen zwei Punkten streiten oder einen Wein mit 90 Punkten als deutlich besser einstufen als einen mit 87, dann sollte man sich als Leser an die Abweichungen zwischen gleichen Proben erinnern.
