Sie kennen die Erfordernisse und die Einstellung \u00a0des Betriebes (Philosophie klingt in meinen Ohren \u00fcbertrieben)\u00a0weswegen ich ihnen gro\u00dfes Vertrauen entgegenbringe. Dadurch ist es f\u00fcr mich kein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Problem, ihre Gestaltungsideen zu akzeptieren, auch wenn die vorgeschlagenen Techniken und Ergebnisse f\u00fcr mich in diesem Umfeld total neu oder ungewohnt sind.<\/p>\n<p><em>Per la realizzazione dell&#8217;ampliamento della cantina abbiamo dato l&#8217;incarico ai due architetti\u00a0Theodor Gallmetzer e Lukas Mayr, che nel 2010 hanno costruito il nostro Weinraum. Loro conoscono le necessit\u00e0 operative e capiscono il profilo aziendale (parlare di filosofia mi pare esagerato) per cui hanno tutta la mia fiducia. Dabei wird nicht mit recht fl\u00fcssigem Lieferbeton gearbeitet, der nach dem Gie\u00dfen durch Vibration verdichtet wird und damit ganz glatte W\u00e4nde abgibt. Es wird hingegen ein relativ trockene Mischung vor Ort bereitet, wobei die Verdichtung manuell und schon deshalb nicht zu fest erfolgt. Der Kalkanteil der verschiedenen Partien wird nicht konstant gehalten, die W\u00e4nde wachsen \u00fcber Tage langsam in die H\u00f6he, das h\u00e4ndische Stampfen bedingt Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten, was alles zusammen eine relativ deutlich ersichtliche Schichtung erbringt.<\/p>\n<p><em>Questa volta hanno proposto di fare una parte delle pareti con una vecchia tecnica che in tedesco si chiama\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.baunetzwissen.de\/standardartikel\/Beton-Stampfbeton_1070141.html?img=1&amp;layout=galerie\" target=\"_blank\">Stampfbeton<\/a>\u00a0e per la quale non esiste un termine italiano preciso, forse perch\u00e9 questa tecnica in Italia non viene (pi\u00f9) usata. Definirlo come\u00a0<\/em>calcestruzzo costipato a mano<em> potrebbe per\u00f2 rendere l&#8217;idea. Infatti non si utilizza il calcestruzzo abbastanza fluido portato dalle betoniere che dopo il getto e la vibrazione genera pareti molto lisce. Per questa tecnica si prepara un calcestruzzo relativamente asciutto sul luogo ed il compattamento viene eseguito a mano per cui non \u00e8 spinto.
