Deshalb war es nur folgerichtig, das auch der erste Wein seines <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fws.it\/mitglieder-weingueter-suedtirol\/glassierhof.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">Glassierhofes<\/a> nicht dem Mainstream folgt. W\u00e4hrend im Allgemeinen wieder mehr Wei\u00dfweine im Stahl- oder gro\u00dfem, gebrauchten Holzfass ausgebaut werden, hat sich der Neumarktner Obst- und Weinbauer sowie Gr\u00fcndungspr\u00e4sident der <a title=\"Blauburgundertage S\u00fcdtirol\" href=\"http:\/\/www.blauburgunder.it\" target=\"_blank\">Blauburgundertage S\u00fcdtirol<\/a> mit seinem ersten Wein, einen Chardonnay, f\u00fcr die an der franz\u00f6sichen Tradition angelehnten internationale Variante entschieden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In der Nase dominiert ein vanilleunterst\u00fctzes Aroma, was auf die Verwendung von kleinem Holz schlie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst, eine gewisse Sortentypizit\u00e4t aber trotzdem noch zul\u00e4sst. Das Mundgef\u00fchl ist angenehm cremig, wenn der der biologische S\u00e4ureabbau m.E. auch etwas mehr Frische \u00fcbrig lassen h\u00e4tte sollen. Ein sicherlich interessanter Essensbegleiter. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2008\/07\/2003-09-27_10-44-30.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[107]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"float left alignleft size-medium wp-image-109\" style=\"border: 0pt none; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" title=\"2003-09-27_10-44-30\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2008\/07\/2003-09-27_10-44-30-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"171\" height=\"114\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Unkonventionell ist \u00fcbrigens auch das Flaschenlabel, Vorder- und R\u00fcckenetikett h\u00e4ngen n\u00e4mlich an einer Seite zusammen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dieses Jahr hatte Stefan Vaja (Bild) noch Gastrecht bei seinem Nachbarn <a title=\"Peter Dipoli\" href=\"http:\/\/www.peterdipoli.com\" target=\"_blank\">Peter Dipoli<\/a>, die n\u00e4chste Ernte wird im eigenen Keller im Ortsteil Vill zu Wein verarbeitet werden. Im n\u00e4chsten Jahr wird seine Palette mit Wei\u00dfburgunder und Lagrein erweitert, ab 2010 wird das Angebot mit einem Cabernet-Merlot erg\u00e4nzt. Mittelfristig strebt der umtriebige Villner eine Produktion von ca. 18.000 Flaschen pro Jahr an.
