\"2013-06-19_15-39-56\"<\/a>Es ist sicherlich Zeit, den bisherigen Vegetationsverlauf kurz zu besprechen; bevor schon im Juli\u00a0die ersten den zur Gewohnheit gewordenen Jahrhundertjahrgang prophezeienden Ernteprognosen die mediale Runde machen werden. Nun, den wenigsten wird entgangen sein, dass wir heuer ein kaltes und \u00fcberaus nasses Fr\u00fchjahr hatten. Immer wieder hatten wir auch in der Talsohle leichte Schneef\u00e4lle zu verzeichnen, die h\u00e4ufigen Niederschl\u00e4ge durchn\u00e4ssten sehr stark die Rebb\u00f6den, welche in diesem Zustand bei jedem Befahren mit den Traktoren \u00a0litten.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 sicuramente ora di parlare dell’andamento vegetativo finora conseguito. Prima che girino per i media gi\u00e0 a luglio le prime previsioni prevendemmiali che come consueto prediranno un’annata ottima se non del secolo. Penso che siano in pochi quelli che non si sono accorti che abbiamo avuto una primavera fredda e molto bagnata. Di continuo si sono avverate nevicate anche nel fondovalle, le precipitazioni frequenti ed abbondanti hanno inumidito molto i terreni che hanno subito danni dal passaggio con i trattori.<\/em><\/p>\n

Der sp\u00e4te Austrieb hat auch eine sp\u00e4teren Bl\u00fchbeginn bewirkt. Die zwei Wochen sp\u00e4ter erinnern uns an die Zeiten von vor zwanzig Jahren, wo dieses Datum eigentlich das \u00fcbliche, das „normale“ war. Nachdem der Zeitraum zwischen der Bl\u00fcte und der Reife normalerweise nicht mehr sehr schwankt, kann man davon ausgehen, dass auch die Ernte sp\u00e4ter als letztlich gewohnt beginnen wird. In meiner reifeverw\u00f6hnten Gegend sicherlich ein Vorteil f\u00fcr die Wei\u00dfweine. Die letzte Reifephase f\u00e4llt n\u00e4mlich dann in eine k\u00fchle Periode, was der Aromaauspr\u00e4gung von gro\u00dfem Nutzen ist. Auch der Alkoholgehalt d\u00fcrfte sich dann eher in Grenzen halten, mal schauen. Parallelen zum letzten wirklich k\u00fchlen Jahr, 2008, meinem besten Wei\u00dfweinjahr, werden sichtbar. Die Sorten der schweren Rotweine haben diesen Witterungsverlauf nicht so gerne, sie bevorzugen immer die hei\u00dferen Jahrg\u00e4nge. 2008 war f\u00fcr sie alles andere als ideal.<\/p>\n

Il germogliamento ritardato ha provocato anche un inizio della fioritura pi\u00f9 tardivo. Le due settimane di ritardo ci riporta ai tempi di vent’anni fa, dove queste date erano „normali“. Dato che il periodo tra la fioritura e la maturazionen non varia pi\u00f9 di tanto si pu\u00f2 presumere che anche la vendemmia inizier\u00e0 dopo. Nella mia zona favorita nella maturazione ci\u00f2 \u00e8 sicuramente un vantaggio per le uve bianche. La maturazione finale avverr\u00e0 infatti in un periodo gi\u00e0 fresco che aiuta molto allo sviluppo della componente aromatica. Anche il contenuto alcolico dovrebbe essere tendenzialmente pi\u00f9 contenuto, vedremo. Si intravedono delle similitudini con l’annata 2008 che ultimamente era la pi\u00f9 fredda in assoluto e che per i bianchi era la migliore che io abbia vinificato. Le variet\u00e0 che danno origine ai rossi importanti non amano invece questo andamento meteorologico, preferiscono infatti le annate calde. Per loro il 2008 era tutt’altro che ideale.<\/em><\/p>\n

Was wieder zu einem Problem wurde, ist die Peronospora. Wurden alle voriges Jahr von unerwartet starken und schadensbringenden Prim\u00e4rinfektionen \u00fcberrascht, war man heuer schon gewappneter und selbst wir haben fr\u00fcher mit den vorbeugenden Behandlungen begonnen. Zum Gl\u00fcck waren die Temperaturen auch f\u00fcr diese Rebkrankheit \u00a0oft zu tief, die h\u00e4ufigen und starken Regenf\u00e4lle h\u00e4tten ansonst st\u00e4rkere Sch\u00e4den verursacht. In fast allen Anlagen der Umgebung findet man, vereinzelt aber doch, befallene Bl\u00e4tter und, schlimmer, Trauben mit den eindeutigen Symptomen der Peronosporainfektion\u00a0(Bild unten). Im Moment haben wir schon f\u00fcnf Fungizidbehandlungen durchgef\u00fchrt, mehr als ansonsten notwendig und \u00fcblich.<\/p>\n

Quello che ha provocato di nuovo problemi era la peronospora. L’anno scorso siamo stati sorpresi dalle infezioni primarie sorprendentemente forti e dannose, quest’anno abbiamo affrontato il pericolo meglio preparati ed abbiamo iniziato anche noi molto prima con i trattamenti preventivi. Per fortuna le temperature erano spesso\u00a0<\/em>troppo basse<\/em>\u00a0anche per questa malattia, se no le precipitazioni frequenti ed abbondanti avrebbero causato danni maggiori. In quasi tutti i vigneti della zona troviamo foglie e, peggio, grappoli con i sintomi univoci dell’attacco peronosporico (foto in basso). Al momento abbiamo gi\u00e0 fatti cinque trattamenti fungicidi, nettamente di pi\u00f9 del solito.<\/p>\n

Letztlich ist das Wachstum der Reben regelrecht explodiert, wir kommen mit den Laubarbeiten nicht richtig nach. Wen wundert es, die \u00fcberdurchschnittliche Bodenfeuchte und die hohen Temperaturen der beiden letzten Wochen sind f\u00fcr die vegetative Entwicklung ideal. Wie man merkt, hat jedes Jahr seine Eigenheiten, es wird nie langweilig. Momentan bin ich unterm Strich mit dem Stand eher zufrieden als nicht. Schon deswegen, weil wir bis jetzt vom \u00e4rgsten Feind, den Hagel, verschont geblieben sind.<\/p>\n

Ultimamente l’accrescimento delle viti \u00e8 esploso, non ce la facciamo a stare dietro con i lavori sul verde. Non c’\u00e8 da meravigliarsi in quanto i terreni umidi e le temperature alte delle due settimane scorso sono ideali per la vigoria delle viti. Come si vede ogni anno ha le sue particolarit\u00e0, non ci si annoia veramente. Sono, facendo le somme, pi\u00f9 contento che non dell’andamento fino ad oggi.
