Questa frase bisogna veramente assaporare (numeri casuali!).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich unterscheiden sich auch Experten aus \u00e4hnlichen (Wein-) Kulturkreisen in ihren Pr\u00e4ferenzen, die allermeisten geben gerne auch recht verschiedene Urteile, wenn sie den gleichen Wein am selben, und noch mehr, an verschiedenen Tagen bekommen. Die Kosturteile sagen mehr \u00fcber die Koster als \u00fcber die Weine aus. Setzt man die Kostkommission nur ein bisschen anders zusammen, wird man ziemlich andere Ergebnisse in Bezug auf die Reihenfolge\u00a0haben. Das alles musste ich selbst zur Kenntnis nehmen; die in den bisherigen Folgen dieser Serie dargelegten Beispiele aus erster Hand sprechen eine klare Sprache.<\/p>\n<p><em>In effetti anche degustatori estratti dallo stesso contesto enoico si distinguono nelle loro preferenze, la maggioranza di loro d\u00e0 valutazioni che si discostano se i vini vengono ripetuti, ancora di pi\u00f9 se vengono proposti il giorno dopo. Tutto questo ho dovuto verificare io stesso; i risultati di prima mano pubblicati le puntate precedenti parlano una lingua molto chiara.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Dass f\u00fcr alle Weine Chanchengleichheit herrscht (komplette Randomisierung der Probenfolge zwischen und innerhalb der Koster) und dass Juroren, welche an jenem Tag wirklich fast nur zuf\u00e4llige Urteile abgeben, herausgeholt werden, war sicherlich ein bedeutsamer Fortschritt, zu dem stehe ich nach wie vor (auch wenn dieser Ansatz kaum Nachahmer gefunden hat). Das grundlegende Problem der individuell verschiedenen Bevorzugungen wird dadurch aber nicht gel\u00f6st.<\/p>\n<p><em>Garantire per tutti i vini pari opportunit\u00e0 (completa randomizzazione tra i degustatori ed all&#8217;interno delle loro serie) e non considerare i giudici la cui forma giornaliera ha prodotto risultati vicini alla casualit\u00e0, \u00e8 stato sicuramente un progresso significativo. Ne sono tuttora convinto anche se il modello proposto viene utilizzato da quasi nessuno. Per\u00f2 il problema di base, cio\u00e8 le preferenze cos\u00ec tanto discordanti, con ci\u00f2 non si \u00e8 risolto.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ist dann jedes Expertenurteil total umsonst, regiert der Zufall total? Meiner Meinung nach nicht, die Anspr\u00fcche an die Ergebnisse m\u00fcssen aber geh\u00f6rig herabgestuft werden.\u00a0Ich vergleiche inzwischen das Endergebnis \u2014 wesentlich entspannter als noch vor Jahren\u00a0\u2014\u00a0mit einem Gruppenfoto. Wir l\u00e4cheln alle in die Kamera, die Unterschiede unserer Attraktivit\u00e4t sind klein, wir unterscheiden uns nicht so stark wie im unbeobachteten t\u00e4glichen Leben. Aber keine Aufnahme wird genauso so sein wie die vorige oder die n\u00e4chste: einmal hat jeder die Augen gerade geschlossen oder den Blick nach unten gerichtet. Der verantwortungsvolle Fotograf wird im Sinne der oben genannten Chanchengleichheit schauen, dass die kleineren unter uns nicht immer von den gr\u00f6\u00dferen zugedeckt werden, dass nicht immer die gleichen am undankbaren Rand stehen, aber mehr Konstanz in die Bilderfolge wird auch er nicht bringen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ma allora tutti le valutazione fatte dagli esperti sono totalmente inutili, la casualit\u00e0 regna in modo assoluto? Un fotografo responsabile per rispettare la parit\u00e0 delle opportunit\u00e0 menzionate prima bader\u00e0 che i pi\u00f9 piccoli tra di noi non verranno sempre nascosti dai pi\u00f9 alti, che non sempre i soliti staranno agli spiacevoli\u00a0bordi. Ma non riuscir\u00e0 a rendere pi\u00f9 costante le foto.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sollte der inzwischen altersbedingt ausgeschiedene Pr\u00e4sident einer nationalen \u00d6nologenvereinigung recht haben,\u00a0machen, ich und verschiedene andere, uns einfach gesagt zu viele und total unn\u00f6tige Sorgen zum Thema.\u00a0Im Laufe eines bedeutsamen Kongresses, wo ich \u00fcber das Thema referierte, nahm er mich nach dem Vortrag zur Seite und meinte v\u00e4terlich: <strong>&#8222;Das ist ja alles ganz nett, was sie da herausgefunden haben und wie sie f\u00fcr mehr Gerechtigkeit sorgen wollen. Aber es interessiert nicht wirklich jemanden, wie seri\u00f6s ein Wettbewerb abgelaufen ist. Wichtig ist, dass es einen Sieger gibt und in der Folge wieder \u00fcber Wein gesprochen wird.&#8220;<\/strong><br \/>\nAmen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Se l&#8217;ex presidente di un&#8217;associazione nazionale di enologi avesse ragione,\u00a0io ed altri ci preoccupiamo troppo ed inutilmente della tematica.
