Morgen (14.9.) werden wir am <em>Klausner<\/em> mit dem Grauen Burgunder beginnen, dann d\u00fcrfte er so um die 19 \u00b0KMW aufweisen. Das <em>Oberfeld<\/em> d\u00fcrfte fr\u00fchestens Ende n\u00e4chster Woche dran sein, dort ist jedes Vegetationsstadium, wahrscheinlich wegen des Bodens, so um die zehn Tage sp\u00e4ter feststellbar als z.B.am <em>Klausner<\/em>. Wie es mit den Chardonnay weitergeht ist noch ungewiss, er ist aber ziemlich sicher die letzte der drei Partien.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Le uve dei primi tre campionamenti sono quelle destinate alla <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kellerei-kurtatsch.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cantina sociale di Cortaccia<\/a>\u00a0dove sono socio, con loro cominceremo la vendemmia domani (14\/9). Il Pinot grigio del vigneto <\/em>Klausner<em> avr\u00e0 allora probabilmente sui 19 \u00b0Babo. Con l&#8217;appezzamento <\/em>Oberfeld<em> inizieremo non prima della fine della settimana prossima in quanto \u00e8 il vigneto pi\u00f9 tardivo, infatti ogni stadio vegetativo si registra in quel posto dieci giorni pi\u00f9 tardi che al <\/em>Klausner<em> per esempio. quando si toccher\u00e0 lo Chardonnay al momento non si sa, sicuramente sar\u00e0 l&#8217;ultimo dei tre.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Die drei unteren Ergebnisse d\u00fcrften die Leser etwas mehr interessieren; es sind die Werte jener Anlagen, welche von uns vinifiziert werden. Vielleicht ist der Graue Burgunder <em>Klausner<\/em> auf der Pergl \u2014\u00a0wie immer der erste \u2014\u00a0Ende n\u00e4chster Woche dran. Den erforderlichen Zuckerwert d\u00fcrfte er dann haben, ich m\u00f6chte aber nach M\u00f6glichkeit den Erntetermin zus\u00e4tzlich durch Beerenkosten d.h. auch hinsichtlich des Geschmackes festlegen. Eine Woche darauf k\u00f6nnte dann der Chardonnay am <em>Ogeaner<\/em> dran sein. Der Gew\u00fcrztraminer ist momentan noch in gar keine \u00dcberlegungen eingeflossen. Aber wie gesagt, sehr viel h\u00e4ngt vom Witterungsverlauf und demzufolge dem Gesundheitszustand der Trauben ab, richtig planen kann man nicht. Wir selbst und das Lesepersonal befinden uns ab jetzt in einer Art Bereitschaftsdienst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em> I campionamenti in basso saranno probabilmente quelli che interesseranno di pi\u00f9 i lettori. Infatti sono i valori di quei vigneti che vinifico in azienda. Pu\u00f2 darsi che il Pinot grigio <\/em>Klausner\u00a0<em>venga vendemmiato<\/em><em>, per tradizione il primo ad aprire la stagione delle fermentazioni, alla fine della prossima settimana. Allora avr\u00e0 con una certa probabilit\u00e0 la concentrazione zuccherina voluta, ma vorrei consolidare <\/em><em>la scelta definitiva della data\u00a0<\/em>con l&#8217;assaggio degli acini. \u00a0Una settimana dopo potrebbe toccare lo Chardonnay dell&#8217;Ogeaner<em>. Il Gew\u00fcrztraminer al momento non viene neanche considerato nei ragionamenti. Come ripeto a dire, dal decorso meteorologico e di conseguenza dello stato sanitario dell&#8217;uva dipende ormai tutto.
