Und wie es momentan ausschaut, ist es ein normales Fr\u00fchlingserwachen. Und nicht ein extrem fr\u00fches, wie es lange zu bef\u00fcrchten<\/a> war. Das sagt uns der Mandelbaum im Garten, denn er ist seit jeher ein recht genauer Indikator f\u00fcr den Beginn der Vegetationsperiode. Man sagte bei uns immer, im Bozner Unterland bl\u00fchen die Mandelb\u00e4ume am Josefitag, d.h. am 19. M\u00e4rz. Die Klimaerw\u00e4rmung der letzten 10 Jahre hat den Beginn dieser Farbenpracht um mindestens eine Woche vorverlegt, aber wie man unschwer am Bild erkennen kann, sind wir heuer gl\u00fccklicherweise nicht fr\u00fcher als im letztlich \u00fcblichen Bereich.<\/p>\n

E sembra essere per fortuna un risveglio primaverile nella norma. Non uno tanto precoce come per tanto tempo si temeva<\/a>. Questo lo dice il mandorlo nel giardino che \u00e8 un indicatore esatto della ripresa vegetativa. Si diceva sempre, che nella Bassa atesina i mandorli fioriscono il giorno di San Giuseppe, cio\u00e8 il 19 marzo. Il cambiamento climatico degli ultimi diec’anni ha anticipato la comparsa dei fiori rosa di almeno una settimana. Come testimonia la fotografia l’andamento di quest’anno rispecchia questa nuova norma, non siamo pi\u00f9 avanti del solito, per fortuna.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dabei hat es wirklich lange so ausgesehen, als ob schon im Februar die Vegetation und damit die Reben erwachen w\u00fcrden. Den ganzen Winter gab es keine tiefen Temperaturen, der Boden frohr nie zu, daf\u00fcr gab es die doppelten Niederschlagsmengen als \u00fcblicherweise. Wer mein\u00a0Facebookprofil letztlich besuchte, konnte erste Fr\u00fchjahrsboten<\/a> zu einer wirklich un\u00fcblich fr\u00fchen Zeit sehen. Trotzdem ist die Entwicklung irgendwann stehen geblieben und der tats\u00e4chliche Fr\u00fchlingsbeginn war der gewohnte. Wahrscheinlich deshalb, weil den \u00fcberaus milden Nachttemperaturen keine \u00fcberh\u00f6hten Tagestemperaturen entsprachen, es gab ja bis vor kurzem ganz wenige Sonnentage. Wie dem auch sei, die wirklich bedeutende Gefahr eines verfr\u00fchten Austriebes der Reben scheint gl\u00fccklicherweise ausgestanden zu sein.<\/p>\n

Invece sembrava veramente a lungo, che la vegetazione e con essa le viti dovessero germogliare gi\u00e0 a febbraio. Per tutto l’inverno non ci sono state temperature basse, il terreno non \u00e8 gelato mai, in compenso avevamo il doppio delle precipitazioni medie. Chi mi segue su Facebook poteva vedere i primi segni primaverili in date veramente precocissime. Nonostante ci\u00f2 lo sviluppo ad un certo momento si \u00e8 arrestato e l’inizio del periodo vegetativo \u00e8 avvenuto normalmente. Cosa sono le cause di questa svolta? Probabilmente perch\u00e9 alle temperature notturne alte non corrispondevano temperature giornaliere elevate. Infatti non si \u00e8 quasi mai visto il sole. In ogni caso, i pericoli che comporta un germogliamento molto anticipato delle viti sembra essere superato!<\/em><\/p>\n

Was besch\u00e4ftigt uns momentan am Weinhof? Der Rebschnitt wurde in den ersten M\u00e4rztagen abgeschlossen, das Anbinden der Fruchtruten ist auch relativ fortgeschritten. Daf\u00fcr hat die Zeit der Weinmessen begonnen: vorige Woche stellte ich bei der Bozner Weinkost<\/a> aus, vom 23. bis zum 25. M\u00e4rz bin ich auf der Prowein<\/a> in D\u00fcsseldorf, vom 6. bis 9. April in Verona anl\u00e4sslich der Vinitaly<\/a>. Parallel dazu laufen die ersten Vorbereitungen f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung der Weine mitte Mai an. Kellerseitig ist die Eiwei\u00dfstabilisierung mit Hilfe von Bentonit durchzuf\u00fchren, die Gehalte an schwefeliger S\u00e4ure auf einen stabilen Gehalt zu bringen,\u00a0die einzelnen Beh\u00e4lter gr\u00fcndlich zu kosten und daraufhin die einzelnen Partien zusammenzustellen. Wenn ich dann wei\u00df, wieviele Flaschen abzuf\u00fcllen sind, kann ich mich um die Anschaffung weiterer Weinkartone k\u00fcmmern (ich lieb\u00e4ugle mit einen Herstellerwechsel), die Flaschen reservieren und Drehverschl\u00fcsse bestellen. Und wenn mir dann das Analysenergebnis sagt, welchen Alkoholgehalt die Endverschnitte haben, kann ich auch die Etiketten gestalten.<\/p>\n

Di che cosa ci occupiamo al momento in azienda? La potatura delle viti si \u00e8 conclusa i primi giorni di marzo, anche la legatura \u00e8 ad un buon punto. Intanto \u00e8 cominciato il periodo delle fiere del vino: la settimana scorsa ho partecipato alla Mostra dei vini di Bolzano<\/a>, dal 23 al 25 marzo mi trovate alla\u00a0Prowein<\/a>\u00a0die D\u00fcsseldorf e dal 6 al 9 aprile espongo\u00a0Vinitaly<\/a>\u00a0di Verona. Parallelamente a ci\u00f2 cominciano i preparativi per il prossimo imbottigliamento. In cantina si far\u00e0 la stabilizzazione proteica con la bentonite, si porter\u00e0 il livello di anidride solforosa a livelli stabili, verranno degustate con calma le singole vasche e fatti gli assemblaggi. Quando infine\u00a0sapr\u00f2 il numero di bottiglie da imbottigliare, mi occuper\u00f2 della scelta dei cartoni necessari (valuto l’opportunit\u00e0 di cambiare fornitore), di ordinare le bottiglie e le capsule a vite.
