\"Erzherzog_Johann\"<\/a>Viel mehr, als man als unbedarfter Weingenie\u00dfer meinen k\u00f6nnte. Es handelt sich um Erzherzog Johann von \u00d6sterreich<\/a><\/strong> (1782 bis 1859). In der Tat hat er vor fast zweihundert Jahren eine Entwicklung eingeleitet, welche den Weinbau der damiligen Kronl\u00e4nder Steiermark und Tirol aber auch dar\u00fcberhinaus bis in die heutige Zeit stark gepr\u00e4gt hat. Meines Errachtens wird ihm und seinem Wirken viel zu wenig Beachtung geschenkt, wenn es um die Analyse des heutigen und um die Geschichte des vergangenen Weinbaus in Mitteleuropa geht.<\/p>\n

Molto di pi\u00f9 di quanto il bevitore inconscio potrebbe supporre. Si tratta dell‘Arciduca Giovanni D’Austria<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0(Erzherzog Johann von \u00d6sterreich,\u00a01782 – 1859). Infatti ha innescato quasi 200 anni fa uno sviluppo che ha interessato la viticoltura delle allora <\/em>Terre della Corona\u00a0Stiria e Tirolo e delle regioni adiacenti fino al giorno d’oggi. Quando si tratta di analizzare la viticoltura odierna e di studiare la storia viticola del Mitteleuropa,\u00a0<\/em>il suo apporto viene secondo me nettamente sottostimato<\/em>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Seine Person hat mich seit jeher stark beeindruckt: Er war ein Kind seiner Zeit und doch dieser weit voraus, war er doch der Aufkl\u00e4rung verpflichtet und ein Liberaler, auch wenn er es nie zugegeben hat. Er hat seine Talente und herkunftsbedingten M\u00f6glichkeiten breit gef\u00e4chert zum Vorteil des Volkes eingesetzt, f\u00f6rderte er doch tatkr\u00e4ftig auch mit seinen eigenen Mitteln den Bergbau, die Landwirtschaft, den Alpinismus, die Volkskunde, den Bau von Infrastrukturen sowie Lehre und Forschung. Er hatte keinen Standesd\u00fcnkel, was sich in seiner hohe Beliebheit beim Volke aber u.a. auch durch die Heirat einer nichtadeligen Frau \u00e4u\u00dferte, auch wenn ihn diesvon der Tronfolge ausschloss. Und er hatte eine transnationale Biographie aufzuweisen, wurde er doch in Florenz geboren, lernte zuerst Italienisch und Franz\u00f6sisch, sp\u00e4ter in Wien Deutsch und Lateinisch.<\/p>\n

La sua personalit\u00e0 mi ha da sempre molto impressionata: era ovviamente figlio del suo tempo man nello stesso momento molto avanti in quanto era illuminato ed anche un liberale anche se non lo ha mai \u00a0ammesso. Ha utilizzato i suoi talenti e le sue possibilit\u00e0 a vantaggio della popolazione, in quanto ha supportato anche con i suoi mezzzi personali l’industria mineraria, l’agricoltura, l’alpinismo, l’etnografia, la costruzione di infrastrutture ma anche l’istruzione e la ricerca (1<\/a>). Era privo di presunzioni, era vicino al popolo ed veniva amato da esso ed infine ha anche sposato una borghese, nonostante che ci\u00f2 lo abbia escluso dala successione al trono. Inoltre \u00e8 cartatterizzato una biografia transnazionale: infatti nacque a Firenze, impar\u00f2 prima l’italiano ed il francese, dopo a Vienna il tedesco ed il latino.<\/em><\/p>\n

Auch nach seinem Tod ist er mit dem jetzigen S\u00fcdtirol in Verbindung geblieben. Oberhalb von Meran, in Schenna, in der N\u00e4he des gleichnamigen Schlosses<\/a> hat er seine letzte Ruhest\u00e4tte<\/a> gefunden.<\/p>\n

Anche dopo la sua morte \u00e8 rimasto vicino all’attuale Sudtirolo. Sopra Merano, a Scena, in vicinanza dell’ononimo castello<\/a> ha trovato l’estremo riposo<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
