Es stimmt, die Zeit des Bindens ist seit ein paar Wochen eigentlich beendet, in der Zwischenzeit haben die Reben bei uns ausgetrieben, aber der Beitrag wurde schon begonnen und jetzt stelle ich ihn halt fertig und ins Netz. Zudem steht er dann f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Bindesaison fr\u00fch genug allen interessierten Anwendern zur Verf\u00fcgung. Das Anbinden der Fruchtruten ist nach dem Winterschnitt die n\u00e4chste gr\u00f6\u00dfere Arbeit, welche anf\u00e4llt, bevor die neue Vegetationsperiode beginnt. Nach dem Aufrichten<\/a> gilt es, die nach dem Winterschnitt verbliebenen Fruchtruten an\u00a0den vom Erziehungssystem vorgesehenen Orten\u00a0an den Pergl- oder Spalierdr\u00e4hten zu befestigen.<\/p>\n

Vor der Verbreitung der Metalln\u00e4gel wurden die st\u00e4rksten Exemplare sogar als Verbindung tragender Elemente bei der historischen Pergl verwendet. Die notwendige g\u00fcnstige Handarbeit f\u00fcr Produktion und Veredelung steht heute nicht mehr zur Verf\u00fcgung, die Weidenst\u00fcmpfe verschwanden immer mehr, weswegen heute synthetische\u00a0Alternativen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n

Von einem Akku angetrieben, kann sie mehrere\u00a0Bindematerialen verarbeiten, von verschiedenen Kunstoffb\u00e4ndern bis zu den von uns verwendeten papierummantelten d\u00fcnnen Dr\u00e4hten. Zum zweiten Mal benutzten wir heuer das Beli-Bindeger\u00e4t<\/a>, das mit einen Metalldraht arbeitet, der nicht ummantelt ist. Mit biologisch abbaubaren Kunststoffb\u00e4ndern und Metallklammern wird die Max-Tapener-Zange<\/a> gef\u00fcttert; diese haben wir heuer erstmals ausprobiert. Bedeutsame\u00a0Geschwindigkeitsunterschiede konnten wir nicht feststellen, besonders die deutlich niedrigeren Anschaffungskosten der beiden letztgenannten Modelle, aber auch\u00a0die Tatsache, dass sie nicht einmal Strom zum Betrieb brauchen, machen sie f\u00fcr uns interessant. Hier<\/a> gibt es \u00fcbrigens einen sehr vollst\u00e4ndigen Test hinsichtlich Bindeger\u00e4ten und deren Materialien. Wir selbst brauchten je nach Anlage 45 bis 75 Stunden pro Hektar f\u00fcr die Erledigung dieser Arbeit.<\/p>\n

Mossa dall’energia di una batteria utilizza diversi materiali plastici ma anche un filo di ferro sottile avvolto in carta, una tipologia\u00a0che viene utilizzata anche da noi. Per il secondo anno abbiamo usato\u00a0inoltre la macchina\u00a0Beli<\/a>\u00a0che impiega un filo di ferro sottile senza rivestimento. La\u00a0Max-Tapener<\/a>\u00a0invece lavora\u00a0tra l’altro con un nastro sintetico biodegradabile e delle graffe, questa macchina l’abbiamo testato quest’anno per la prima volta. Non abbiamo notato differenze significative a proposito della velocit\u00e0 di lavoro, ma seconda dei vigneti abbiamo avuto bisogno tra le 45 e le 75 ore per ettaro. Le due ultime macchine sono molto interessanti soprattutto per il prezzo d’acquisto molto pi\u00f9 basso ed anche per il fatto che non hanno bisogno neanche di energia elettrica.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
