Rosenduft ist ein immer wieder genanntes Merkmal bei der Beschreibung des Aromas von Gew\u00fcrztraminer, einer Sorte, welche in unserem Betrieb eine gro\u00dfe Rolle spielt. Desto interessierter war ich, bei einem Besuch der G\u00e4rten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff<\/a>\u00a0an den vielen Bl\u00fcten der dortigen gro\u00dfen Rosensammlung zu riechen.<\/p>\n

Il profumo\u00a0di rosa \u00e8 un descrittore che si sente molto spesso nominare\u00a0nella descrizione dell’aroma di Gew\u00fcrztraminer, un vitigno\u00a0molto importante nella nostra azienda. Questo spiega anche il mio interesse di sentire durante una visita\u00a0ai Giardini di Castel Trauttmansdorff<\/a> gli odori della grande collezione di rose.<\/em><\/p>\n

Leider wurde ich entt\u00e4uscht: Die allermeisten Rosen waren wundersch\u00f6n anzusehen, hatten\u00a0aber keinen\u00a0Duft. Bis ich auf eine alte Sorte gesto\u00dfen bin, welche mich ganz stark an unseren Feld<\/a> erinnert hat.\u00a0York and Lancaster<\/a> hei\u00dft diese wei\u00df bis hellrosa bl\u00fchende Damaszener-Rose.<\/p>\n

Purtroppo sono stato inizialmente deluso in quanto la maggiorparte delle variet\u00e0 erano belle da vedere ma prive di odori. Finch\u00e9 ho trovato finalmente un vecchio incrocio che mi ha ricordato moltissimo il mio Feld<\/a>. Questa rosa damascena che ha petali che vanno dal bianco al leggero rosa si chiama\u00a0York and Lancaster<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nachdem ich endlich in Deutschland einen H\u00e4ndler gefunden habe, setzte ich vier St\u00fcck in unseren Garten. Noch sind die B\u00fcsche klein, aber zwischen Mitte Mai und Anfang Juni kann sich jeder Besucher selbst von\u00a0der \u00dcbereinstimmung der beiden Ger\u00fcche \u00fcberzeugen. Leider bl\u00fchen die\u00a0Damaszener-Rosen nur einmal im Jahr, jetzt gilt es wieder auf den n\u00e4chsten Fr\u00fchling zu warten, will man von ihrem Duft bet\u00f6rt werden.<\/p>\n

Dopo aver finalmente trovato in Germania un suo coltivatore ho piantato quattro esemplari nel nostro giardino.\u00a0Le piante sono ancora piccole, per\u00f2 gi\u00e0 adesso ognuno pu\u00f2 verificare nella seconda met\u00e0 del mese di maggio la corrispondenza tra i due aromi. Purtroppo le rose damascene fioriscono solo una volta all’anno per cui bisogna aspettare la prossima primavera perch\u00e9 i suoi odori ci incantino di nuovo.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
