Zuerst muss es an den richtigen Momenten regnen, damit die Rebe sich gut entwickeln kann, aber ja nicht zu oft und zu viel um die allgegenw\u00e4rtigen Pilzkrankheiten nicht unn\u00f6tig zu f\u00f6rdern. Die richtige W\u00e4rme wird gebraucht, um die Traubenreife zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, aber wenn es in der Reifezeit zu warm ist, riskiert man, dass die Aromen &#8222;verbrannt&#8220; werden. Im Winter soll es kalt sein, weil das hilft, die Sch\u00e4dlinge zu dezimieren, aber ja nicht zu viel, weil sonst die Reben, besonders wenn es gleichzeitig auch noch trocken ist, dem K\u00e4ltetod erliegen. Und so weiter und so fort.<\/p>\n<p><em>Non \u00e8 facile soddisfare i viticoltori sul lato meteorologico. Deve piovere al momento giusto perch\u00e9 le viti si sviluppino, ma guai se troppo o troppo spesso perch\u00e9 le malattie crittogamiche, sempre in agguato, ne approfitterebbero. Ci vuole abbastanza bel tempo per garantire la maturazione ma neanche troppo in quanto le temperature troppo alte prima della vendemmia rischiano di &#8222;bruciare&#8220; gli aromi. In inverno ci vuole il freddo per decimare i patogeni, per\u00f2 se fa troppo freddo, soprattutto in combinazione con siccit\u00e0, le viti muoiono. E cos\u00ec via&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Und jetzt, zwischen Februar und M\u00e4rz, wo die allermeisten Mitmenschen sich nach einen kalten und schneereichen \u2014 eigentlich normalen \u2014 Winter auf den w\u00e4rmenden Fr\u00fchling freuen, da ist eine eiskalte Str\u00f6mung aus den Nordosten namens <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/K\u00e4lteanomalie_in_Europa_2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hartmut<\/a> gekommen. Die Temperaturen sanken schlagartig und bescherten den mittel- sowie sogar den s\u00fcdeurop\u00e4ischen Weinbaugebieten \u00fcber mehrere Tage Mindesttemperaturen, welche verbreitet an drei Tagen unter die -10 \u00b0C fielen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ed adesso che a cavallo tra febbraio e marzo, quando la maggior parte delle persone stanno ad aspettare con ansia dopo un inverno freddo e nevoso (che poi in tempi passati sarebbe stato uno normale) la primavera, \u00e8 arrivata una corrente d&#8217;aria freddissima dal nordest di nome <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Burian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Burian<\/a>. Le temperature sono scese in modo repentino provocando temperature minime che nelle zone viticole dell&#8217;Europa centrale ma anche in quelle vicine al mediterraneo hanno anche oltrepassato per tre giorni -10 \u00b0C.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2018\/03\/2018-03-03_07-27-48.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[14672]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14692\" style=\"border: 0px; margin: -0px 0px 0px -0px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2018\/03\/2018-03-03_07-27-48.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2018\/03\/2018-03-03_07-27-48.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2018\/03\/2018-03-03_07-27-48-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2018\/03\/2018-03-03_07-27-48-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2018\/03\/2018-03-03_07-27-48-1024x576.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 530px) 100vw, 530px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ich war froh dar\u00fcber, sehr froh. Warum denn dies? Nat\u00fcrlich w\u00e4re ein weiteres Absinken der Nachttemperaturen gef\u00e4hrlich geworden, aber nach einem wenig kalten J\u00e4nner und einem noch w\u00e4rmeren Februar war ein verfr\u00fchter Vegetationsbeginn zu bef\u00fcrchten. Und der h\u00e4tte wiederum die Schadwirkung der so gef\u00fcrchteten Sp\u00e4tfr\u00f6ste bedeutsam verst\u00e4rkt. Ein sp\u00e4ter Austrieb ist eine gute Voraussetzung, dass die frischen Triebe samt den Gescheinen nicht den Kaltlufteinbr\u00fcchen, wie schon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/2016\/04\/30\/wenn-zentimeter-ueber-sein-und-nichtsein-entscheiden-quando-sono-i-centimetri-a-decidere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2016<\/a> und <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/2018\/01\/04\/es-gibt-nur-fuenf-faesser-rotwein-aber-die-weissen-riechen-phantastisch-abbiamo-fatto-solo-cinque-fusti-di-vino-rosso-ma-i-bianchi-hanno-profumi-fantstici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2017<\/a> geschehen, zum&nbsp;Opfer fallen.&nbsp;Hartmut, auch wenn Du den meisten unsympathisch warst, Du hat den Austrieb um sicherlich zehn Tage nach hinten verschoben, danke nochmals!<\/p>\n<p><em>Ne ero molto contento. Ma perch\u00e9 poi questo? Certo che una un ulteriore abbassamento delle temperature notturne sarebbe stato pericoloso, ma il gennaio non molto freddo ed il febbraio ancora pi\u00f9 caldo facevano temere una ripresa vegetativa precoce. E questa avrebbe aumentato in modo significativo il rischio di danni da gelate tardive. Pi\u00f9 la ripresa \u00e8 tardi, meno si rischia che ci siano gi\u00e0 germogli ed infiorescenze suscetibili al momento dei consueti ritorni di freddo primaverili, come \u00e8 successo ultimamente nel <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/2016\/04\/30\/wenn-zentimeter-ueber-sein-und-nichtsein-entscheiden-quando-sono-i-centimetri-a-decidere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2016<\/a> e <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/2018\/01\/04\/es-gibt-nur-fuenf-faesser-rotwein-aber-die-weissen-riechen-phantastisch-abbiamo-fatto-solo-cinque-fusti-di-vino-rosso-ma-i-bianchi-hanno-profumi-fantstici\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2017<\/a>.
