Gespannt schauen wir seit jeher auf die Bl\u00fcte unseres Mandelbaums. Er zeigt immer recht genau an, wie weit der aktuelle Stand der Vegetation ist. Morgen ist Josefi, Tiroler Landespatron, und meine Eltern haben immer gesagt, dass zu ihrer Zeit das der \u00fcbliche Bl\u00fchtermin war. Auf Grund der wahrnehmbaren Klimaerw\u00e4rmung bl\u00fchte er in den letzten drei\u00dfig Jahren zumeist \u2013 nat\u00fcrlich nicht immer \u2013 eine Woche bis zehn Tage fr\u00fcher. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da sempre guardiamo molto attenti la fioritura del nostro mandorlo. Ci indica molto bene l’attuale stato vegetativo. Domani \u00e8 San Giuseppe, patrono del Tirolo, ed i miei genitori mi hanno sempre detto che ai loro tempi questa era la data consueta. A causa del riscaldamento globale ha cominciato nei trenta anni scorsi il pi\u00f9 delle volte, con le dovute eccezioni, da una settimana a dieci giorni prima.<\/em>

Die letzten Wochen waren eher kalt, deshalb der „normale“ Bl\u00fchtermin. Das mag zwar die nicht landwirtschaftliche Bev\u00f6lkerung wenig erfreuen, aber f\u00fcr uns Weinbauern ist ein nicht zu fr\u00fcher Fr\u00fchlings- und damit Vegetationsbeginn sehr wichtig. In erster Linie, weil ein fr\u00fcher Austrieb wesentlich st\u00e4rker sp\u00e4tfrostgef\u00e4hrdet ist. Minustemperaturen sind absolut t\u00f6dlich f\u00fcr die gr\u00fcnen Pflanzenteile weswegen der komplette Jahresertrag auf dem Spiel steht. Zus\u00e4tzlich ist ein sp\u00e4ter Austrieb der erste Schritt in die Richtung eines sp\u00e4teren Jahrgangs, wo die Trauben in einer k\u00fchleren Zeit reifen k\u00f6nnen. Davon profitieren besonders die Wei\u00dfweine, weil frische Aromen erhalten bleiben und bei gleicher Reife tendenziell weniger Zucker eingelagert wird. Nat\u00fcrlich ist das Jahr noch lang und es kann allerhand passieren, der Vegetationsr\u00fcckstand kann unter besonderen Umst\u00e4nden auch wieder aufgeholt werden, aber ein erster Schritt w\u00e4re gemacht.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le scorse settimana ha fatto piuttosto freddo, per questo la data di fioritura „normale“. Piacer\u00e0 meno alla popolazione non agricola, ma per noi viticoltori un inizio non precoce del periodo vegetativo \u00e8 molto importante. Prima di tutto perch\u00e9 un germogliamento anticipato significa un rischio maggiore di danna gelate tardive. Temperature sotto lo zero sono micidiali per le parti verdi della pianta e mettono a rischio l’intero raccolto.<\/em> Oltre a questo un inizio ritardato del periodo vegetativo \u00e8 un primo passo verso un’annata tardiva, che permette all’uva di maturare in un periodo gi\u00e0 un po‘ pi\u00f9 fresco. Di questo ne approfittano soprattutto i vini bianchi in quanto vengono conservati gli aromi freschi e a pari maturit\u00e0 vengono accumulati meno zuccheri. Ovviamente con l’annata siamo solo all’inizio, pu\u00f2 succedere di tutto ed il ritardo pu\u00f2 essere anche recuperato, ma un primo passo \u00e8 stato fatto.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
