Und zwar einen, der jedes Jahr im zeitigen Fr\u00fchling ganz spontan w\u00e4chst, der L\u00f6wenzahn (<em>Taraxacum officinale<\/em>). Immer wieder gehen wir hinaus, &#8222;Zigori zu stechen&#8220; und in der Zeit von ca. vier Wochen liefert er die Grundlage f\u00fcr verschiedene tolle Gerichte, welche Monika auf den Tisch zaubert. Mit der eintretenden Bl\u00fcte wird er leider zu bitter und zu z\u00e4h, dann muss man h\u00f6here, d.h. sp\u00e4tere Lagen aufsuchen.<br \/><br \/><em>Non solo vino ma anche insalata ci forniscono i nostri vigneti. Viene sempre in modo spontaneo all&#8217;inizio della primavera, il tarassaco o dente di leone <\/em>(Taraxacum officinale)<em>. Continuamente usciamo a tagliare le giovani piantine tenere in quanto per circa quattro settimane ci fornisce la base di gustosi piatti preparati da Monika. Hier in Kombination mit ein paar hart gekochte Eier.<br \/><br \/><em>Un classico \u00e8 l&#8217;insalata di dente di leone, preparata con olio, aceto ed un po&#8216; di pancetta affumicata abbrustolita. Insieme al pane del panettiere di Magr\u00e8. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das sind nur ein paar wenige Beispiele, was in der t\u00e4glichen Hausmannskost alles mit dem L\u00f6wenzahn gemacht werden kann. Es gibt ihn auch als alternative F\u00fcllung von Teigtaschen, in den Kn\u00f6deln, usw. Eine lohnenswerte Veranstaltung, wo er in allen Variationen zubereitet wird, sind u.a. immer die j\u00e4hrlich stattfindenden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merano-suedtirol.it\/de\/deutschnonsberg\/essen-trinken\/gastronomie-an-der-grenze\/loewenzahnwochen\/rid--g-.html\">L\u00f6wenzahnwochen<\/a> am Deutschnonsberg. Ich hoffe, sie k\u00f6nnen so bald als m\u00f6glich wieder stattfinden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Questi sono soltanto alcuni esempi, di come pu\u00f2 essere utilizzata questa pianta nella cucina quotidiana. Lo si usa anche come contenuto alternativo di involtini, nei canederli allo Speck , ecc. Una manifestazione, dove lo si trova in tutte le forme di utilizzo possibili sono le annuali <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merano-suedtirol.it\/it\/alta-val-di-non\/mangiare-bere\/gastronomia-e-prodotti-regionali\/settimane-del-dente-di-leone\/rid--g-.html\">Settimane del Dente di Leone<\/a> in Alta Val di Non. Eigentlich etwas l\u00e4stig aber schlussendlich doch positiv, denn viel L\u00f6wenzahn ist eigentlich kein gutes Zeichen. Wo er h\u00e4ufig anzutreffen ist, sind n\u00e4mlich die B\u00f6den verdichtet.<br \/><br \/><em>Nei nostri vigneti dobbiamo sempre ricercarlo per trovarne la dose quotidiana sufficiente. Un po&#8216; fastidioso ma alla fine meglio cos\u00ec.
