Also die Geiztriebtrauben aber auch sonst alles was vor vier Wochen bei der normalen Lese noch total unreif, weil &#8222;bloach&#8220; oder &#8222;ogstondn&#8220;, welk und deshalb f\u00fcr die Qualit\u00e4tsweinproduktion nie und nimmer geeignet war.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrariamente al nostro intento non siamo riusciti a stare fermi totalmente ed abbiamo vendemmiato anche quest&#8217;anno sul Pinot grigio i &#8222;Martinei&#8220; (cos\u00ec vengono chiamati nel dialetto italiano della zona) ma anche tutti gli altri grappoli che alla data della vendemmia normale, cio\u00e8 quattro settimane fa, erano totalmente immaturi, appassiti, incolori, cio\u00e8 del tutto inadatti per fare un vino di qualit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-scaled.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[20143]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20154\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_10-57-54-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie der Name schon sagt, sollten die Geiztrauben erst zu Martini, also im November reif und fr\u00fcher f\u00fcr die armen Leute zu &#8222;spiglen&#8220; sein, aber die Natur \u00fcberrascht immer wieder und der Klimawandel hilft mit. 20,0 \u00b0KMW sind f\u00fcr diese Art von Trauben doch beachtlich. Also lassen wir uns von der sp\u00e4teren Weinqualit\u00e4t auch noch \u00fcberraschen, wer wei\u00df&#8230; Vor zwei Jahren habe ich sie das erste Mal gelesen und dort hatten sie \u2013 drei Wochen nach der Hauptlese \u2013 um die 18 \u00b0KMW, weswegen ich sie gut \u00fcr den frischen \u00c9tisa verwenden konnte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Come dice il nome questi grappoli in passato erano maturi e pronti ad essere spigolati a novembre. Ma la natura non smette di sorprendere ed il cambio climatico fa il suo. 20 gradi Babo sono considerevoli per questo tipo di uva. Per cui attendiamo che sorpresa ci dar\u00e0 il vino finito, chiss\u00e0&#8230; Due anni fa li ho raccolti la prima volta ed a distanza di tre settimane dalla vendemmia principale avevano 10 gradi Babo, perfetti per far parte dell&#8217;\u00c9tisa, il nostro vino pi\u00f9 rivolto alla freschezza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-scaled.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[20143]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20155\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2022\/10\/2022-09-24_13-24-28-400x300.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dass sich die Geiztriebtrauben, welche vor einem Monat zumeist noch gr\u00fcn, als noch nicht weich, von den oberen Teilen der Laubwand leuchteten, so schnell zur Reife kamen, wird wahrscheinlich daher r\u00fchren, dass nach der Lese die ganzen Assimilate, welche vorher noch die zahlreichen Trauben zu versorgen hatten, in die kleine Menge an Beeren flie\u00dfen. Und eine weitere Vermutung habe ich auch: der Name Martiniweimer kommt nicht davon, dass sie erst zum 11.11. reif waren, sondern dass sie von der grundbesitzlosen Bev\u00f6lkerung erst nach Martini, als die Felder allgemein f\u00fcr erntefrei erkl\u00e4rt wurden, gewimmt werden durften. Reif waren sie wahrscheinlich auch damals schon vorher, besonders, wenn man sich die Anforderungen an die Weinqualit\u00e4t der damaligen Zeit vor Augen h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 sorprendente vedere che i Martinei che un mese fa erano ancora verdi, non invaiati, sono andati cos\u00ec velocemente in maturazione. Ci\u00f2 deriva principalmente dal fatto che dopo la vendemmia gli elaborati delle foglie non devono pi\u00f9 rifornire una grande massa di uva ma vengono trasferiti in un quantitativo minimo di grappoli. Poi voglio aggiungere un&#8217;alta causa: il nome Martinei secondo me non deriva dal raggiungimento della maturazione all&#8217;11 novembre, ma dal fatto che solo a partire da San Martino era permesso spigolare le campagne.
