Manche wechseln fr\u00fcher die Farbe, andere sp\u00e4ter oder nur ganz langsam. Letztere sind jene, welche bei der nun folgenden Ertragsregulierung als Erste auf den Boden geschnitten werden.<\/p>\n<p><em>Hanno un aspetto strano, i grappoli al momento dell&#8217;invaiatura, cio\u00e8 quando il loro colore virando da verde a blu segna l&#8217;inizio della maturazione (nella foto il Merlot nel vigneto <a title=\"weinhof KOBLER: I vigneti\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/italiano\/vigneti_vini\/panoramica\/panoramica.html\" target=\"_blank\">Kotzner<\/a>). Alcuni grappoli cambiano prima il colore, alcuni dopo ed altri ancora molto lentamente. Quest&#8217;ultimi saranno i primi ad essere diradati, operazione atta a garantire la resa voluta.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><!--more--><\/em>&#8222;Wie wird der Jahrgang sein?&#8220; Mit Gereiztheit erwarte ich mir die ersten Fragen diesbez\u00fcglich, \u00fcber das Warum habe ich schon vor einem Jahr <a title=\"weinhof KOBLER: Reifetest, oder: Das Bangen hat begonnen\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/2008\/09\/08\/reifetest-oder-das-bangen-hat-begonnen\/\" target=\"_blank\">berichtet<\/a>. In meinem Anbaugebiet ergibt sich Dank des gen\u00fcgend warmen Klimas und der aktuellen Kulturtechniken eigentlich jedes Jahr eine gen\u00fcgende Reife, zumindest was die Zuckerwerte und demzufolge die Alkoholwerte angeht. Diese Grundqualit\u00e4t ist immer gesichert und was die organoleptische Qualit\u00e4t angeht, muss eben zumindest auf den Jungwein gewartet werden, alles andere ist Spekulation.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8222;Come sar\u00e0 l&#8217;annata?&#8220; Con irritazione aspetto prossimamente le prime domande a proposito. Sul perch\u00e8 di questo ho gi\u00e0 <a title=\"weinhof KOBLER: Reifetest, oder: Das Bangen hat begonnen\" href=\"..\/2008\/09\/08\/reifetest-oder-das-bangen-hat-begonnen\/\" target=\"_blank\">scritto<\/a><\/em><em> quasi un anno fa. Nella mia zona grazie ad un clima sufficientemente caldo e alle tecniche colturali d&#8217;oggigiorno la maturazione zuccherina e di conseguenza il contenuto alcolico sono sempre sufficienti. Questa qualit\u00e0 di base \u00e8 sempre sicura e per quanto concerne la qualit\u00e0 organolettica bisogna aspettare come minimo il vino giovane. Tutto il resto \u00e8 speculazione. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Es sind bei uns unabh\u00e4ngig vom gesamten vorigen Vegetationszykluses die\u00a0 letzten Wochen vor der Ernte, welche qualit\u00e4tsentscheidend sind. Regnet es nicht und die Ware bleibt gesund, so dass eigentlich wir den Erntezeitpunkt vorgeben, ist eine \u00fcberdurchschnittliche Qualit\u00e4t mit gro\u00dfer Wahrscheinlichkeit zu erwarten. Spielt das Wetter in dem Zeitraum nicht mit, m\u00fcssen wir wimmen, wenn es uns die Witterungsbedingungen und der Gesundheitszustand der Trauben vorgeben, weshalb wir uns umgekehrt mit Qualit\u00e4ten zufriedengeben m\u00fcssen, welche uns nicht unbedingt viel Freude bereiten.<\/p>\n<p><em>Da noi sono le ultime settimane prima della presunta vendemmia a determinare la qualit\u00e0 finale del vino. Se l\u00e0 non piove e le uve rimangono sane, permettendo cos\u00ec epoche di vendemmia determinate da noi allora la probabilit\u00e0 di ottenere una qualit\u00e0 sopra la media \u00e8 elevata. Se per\u00f2 le condizioni meteo in quel periodo sono avverse e di consequenza dobbiamo raccogliere l&#8217;uva in anticipo tempo e condizioni sanitarie permettendo, allora ci dobbiamo accontentare di livelli qualitativi che non ci soddisferanno di certo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Es schaut aus, als w\u00fcrde der heurige Erntebeginn etwas fr\u00fcher als durchschnittlich ausfallen. Damit w\u00e4re er nat\u00fcrlich wesentlich fr\u00fcher als voriges Jahr, wo wir so sp\u00e4t wie selten zuvor mit der Lese begonnen haben. Die ersten Reifetests des <a title=\"VZ Laimburg: Kellerwirtschaft\" href=\"http:\/\/www.laimburg.it\/de\/kellerwirtschaft.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Versuchszentrums Laimburg<\/a> beginnen am 10. August, deren Ergebnisse werden uns mehr Klarheit beschehren.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sembra che quest&#8217;anno cominceremo prima del solito con la vendemmia. Ci\u00f2 significa molto prima dell&#8217;anno scorso che era un&#8217;annata particolarmente tardiva.
