Seit Sonntag abend hat es immer wieder geregnet. Zu lange waren die Reifezeit und die Ernte, wie es scheint, von Sch\u00f6nwetter gesegnet. Stimmen die Voraussagen, werden wir wohl die ganze Woche nicht mit der Lese weitermachen k\u00f6nnen. Mitte letzter Woche waren die Gew\u00fcrztraminertrauben in der Lage Feld<\/em><\/a>, sie w\u00e4ren als n\u00e4chstes dran, noch nicht so weit, eine weitere Woche mindestens an notwendigere Reife bei sch\u00f6nem Wetter hatte ich prognostiziert. Der erstm\u00f6gliche Termin ist jetzt in die n\u00e4chste Woche gerutscht, denn sollte es auch am Donnerstag und Freitag sch\u00f6n sein, zwei Tage sind nicht genug, um den regenbedingten Konzentrationsverlust auszugleichen. Zum Gl\u00fcck sind die Trauben im Moment (noch) nicht f\u00e4ulnisgef\u00e4hrdet und zudem ist ein eventueller Botrytis<\/em>-Befall bei Gew\u00fcrztraminer nicht so unerw\u00fcnscht wie bei den anderen Sorten.<\/p>\n

A partire da domenica \u00e8 sempre piovuto a pi\u00f9 riprese. Sembra proprio che il bel tempo durante la maturazione e la vendemmia abbiano durato troppo a lungo. Se le previsioni non sono errate, la vendemmia sar\u00e0 interrotta per tutta la settimana. Alla met\u00e0 della settimana scorsa le uve di prossima vendemmia, i Gew\u00fcrztraminer del vigneto <\/em>Feld<\/a>, non erano ancora pronte, avevo prevvisto almeno un’altra settimana di maturazione con bel tempo. La probabile data di vendemmia \u00e8 slittata ormai alla prossima settimana in quanto anche se gioved\u00ec e venerd\u00ec fossero belli, due giorni non bastano per recuperare la concentrazione necessaria. Per fortuna i grappoli almeno al momento non sembrano essere troppo suscetibili alla botrite ed in caso di un eventuale attacco questa variet\u00e0 ne risentirebbe di meno.<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/em>Im Keller ist momentan alles im gr\u00fcnen Bereich, alle Beh\u00e4lter verzeichneten einen z\u00fcgigen G\u00e4rbeginn und die erstgelesenen Grauer-Burgunder-Partien n\u00e4heren sich schon langsam der Ausg\u00e4rung. Wenn man diese Most\/Weine kostet, so riecht man zur Zeit s\u00fc\u00dfliche G\u00e4raromen, welche in allen m\u00f6glichen Facetten an reife Birnen erinnern. Auf Grund der im Moment hohen G\u00e4rintensit\u00e4t ist auf den Abzug der gef\u00e4hrlichen G\u00e4rgase besonders gut zu achten. Die Neugierde im Hinblick auf die Qualit\u00e4t der zuk\u00fcnftigern Weine steigt von Tag zu Tag…<\/p>\n

Tutto bene finora in cantina. Le fermentazioni sono partite bene e le prime vasche di Pinot grigio si avvicinanao al completamento della fermentazione. Quando si assaggiano questi mosti\/vini si sentono dolci aromi di fermentazione che ricordano alle molte sfacettature delle pere mature.
