Nachdem ich mich schon in den vergangen Jahren davon \u00fcberzeugt habe, dass die betroffenen Beeeren nicht nur sehr s\u00fc\u00df sondern durch ihren Rosinengeschmack die Komplexit\u00e4t des sp\u00e4teren Weines steigern, werden diese Trauben bei der Weinbereitung nicht nur toleriert sondern sind bis zu einem gewissen Anteil sogar erw\u00fcnscht. Nat\u00fcrlich, Sch\u00f6nheit ist was anderes, aber wer von den gesch\u00e4tzten Lesern hat schon einmal die Trauben und Moste der bekannteren Trockenbeerenauslesen gesehen?<\/p>\n
