\"\"<\/a>Seit ein paar Tagen bin ich von meiner Vorstellungstour zur\u00fcck, welche mich zuerst nach Br\u00fcssel und danach in das n\u00f6rdliche Ruhrgebiet und abschlie\u00dfend in die Gegend von Frankfurt (im Bild das verschneite und eisig kalte Mainhattan) f\u00fchrte. Um den Markt in Belgien zu bearbeiten, hat die EOS zusammen mit dem ICE eine Pr\u00e4sentation<\/a> S\u00fcdtiroler Weine im dortigen Hotel Conrad organisiert. Tags darauf besuchte ich Weinfachh\u00e4ndler in Wesel (Nord-Rhein-Westfalen), D\u00fcrrenheim (Hessen), am Heimreisetag in Offenbach und Frankfurt am Main (beide Hessen).<\/p>\n

Da qualche giorno sono di nuovo a casa, dopo il mio tour di presentazioni che mi ha portato prima a Bruxelles, poi nella regione germanica del Ruhrgebiet ed infine a Francoforte ed i suoi d’intorni (nella foto la cos\u00ecdetta „Mainhattan“ innevata e gelida). Per aiutare il nostro lavoro nel Belgio l’EOS e l’ICE hanno organizzato nella capitale all’Hotel Conrad una <\/em>presentazione<\/em><\/a> di vini sudtirolesi. Il giorno dopo sono andato a trovare grossisti a Wesel (Nord-Rhein-Westfalen), D\u00fcrrenheim (Hessen), sul ritorno a Offenbach e Francoforte sul Meno (ambedue sempre Hessen).<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Die Veranstaltung samt Einf\u00fchrungsseminar\u00a0im Conrad<\/a> war, wie wir es von den r\u00fchrigen Mitarbeitern<\/a> des Thomas Augsch\u00f6ll<\/a> gewohnt sind, wieder sehr gut organisiert. Das Publikum war gemischt und sehr interessiert, die Location (im Bild der mit Michael Reiterer von\u00a0Arunda<\/a> geteilte Tisch) und das Mittagsbuffet von h\u00f6chstem Niveau. Deswegen war es sehr verwunderlich, dass f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste gerade an so einem Ort nur das 1971 eingef\u00fchrte \u00a0INAO-Kostglas<\/a> ausgegeben wurde; es wird den heutigen Weinen m.E. nicht mehr gerecht. Nur zu gerne lasse ich mich korrigieren, aber dies hat meine Erfahrung best\u00e4tigt, dass in den francophonen Regionen heute auf das richtige Glas im Durchschnitt weniger Wert gelegt wird als anderswo.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>La manifestazione con il seminario introduttivo al <\/em>Conrad<\/em><\/a> era molto ben organizzato come peraltro siamo abituati da <\/em>Thomas Augsch\u00f6ll<\/em><\/a> ed i suoi attivissimi <\/em>collaboratori<\/em><\/a>. Il pubblico era misto e molto interessato, il posto ed il buffet di altissimo livello (nella foto il tavolo condiviso con Michael Reiterer di Arunda<\/a><\/em>). Proprio per questo mi sono inizialmente meravigliato del fatto che agli ospiti proprio qu\u00ec sono stati distribuiti solamente bicchieri del tipo <\/em>INAO<\/em><\/a>, introdotti nel 1971, che secondo me non rendono giustizia ai vini d’oggi. Vorrei sbagliare, ma questo ha confermato le mie esperienze fatte finora, che nelle regioni francofone la cultura del bicchiere nella media non viene cos\u00ec curata come in altri posti.<\/em><\/p>\n

Die Fachh\u00e4ndler, welche von mir gezielt in Deutschland besucht wurden, habe ich au\u00dfer in einem Fall, welcher mir empfohlen wurde, im Internet gefunden. Bei der Auswahl hat auch ihre geografische Lage eine Rolle gespielt, da ich mich ja von Br\u00fcssel kommend der Heimat n\u00e4hern wollte. Die gesammelten Erfahrungen kann ich schon jetzt, wo die Verhandlungen noch laufen und ich noch nicht wei\u00df, ob es kurzfristig zu einem Export meiner Weine in die betroffenen Regionen kommen wird, sehr interessant und aufschlussreich. Zum einen ist es schon einmal spannend, gesch\u00e4ftlich mit Menschen, welche doch in f\u00fcr mich fremden Regionen arbeiten,\u00a0\u00fcber Wein zu sprechen und deren Sichtweisen zu erfahren. Erfreulich war zudem, dass sich jeder Gespr\u00e4chspartner f\u00fcr mich viel Zeit genommen hat. Auch jene, welche bei der ersten telefonischen Terminabsprache gegen\u00fcber dem Angebot S\u00fcdtiroler Weine sehr reserviert geklungen haben, h\u00f6rten mir aufmerksam zu und das Interesse f\u00fcr S\u00fcdtirol ist m.E. im Laufe des Gespr\u00e4chs eher gestiegen als gesunken.<\/p>\n

I rivenditori da me visitati li ho trovati ad eccezzione di uno che mi \u00e8 stato consigliato, tutti in internet. Nella scelta era di una certa importanza anche il loro luogo in quanto partendo da Bruxelles volevo averli pi\u00f9 o meno sulla strada del ritorno. Le esperienze fatte finora sono gi\u00e0 adesso, nel momento dove le trattative sono ancora in corso ed io non s\u00f2 se a breve termine esporter\u00f2 del mio vino in quelle regioni, molto interessanti ed istruttive. Gi\u00e0 era molto avvincente per me parlare di vino professionalmente con operatori di regioni a me straniere e di capire i loro punti di vista. Piacevole era anche il fatto che tutti gli interlocutori si sono presi molto tempo per gli incontri. Anche quelli che al momento del fissare l’appuntamento al telefono erano molto riservati nei confronti dei vini sudtirolesi hanno dimostrato un interesse crescente nel corso delle trattative.<\/em><\/p>\n

Nat\u00fcrlich ist einem wieder einmal die Tatsache vor Augen gef\u00fchrt worden, dass S\u00fcdtirol alles andere als der \u00f6nologische Nabel der Welt ist, doch glaube ich, die im Titel gestellte Frage mit ja beantworten zu k\u00f6nnen. Denn ganz unbekannt sind wir nicht und das Interesse scheint m.E. zu steigen, auch wenn sehr langsam. Momentan haben die besuchten H\u00e4ndler S\u00fcdtirol \u00fcberhaupt nicht im Angebot oder beschr\u00e4nken sich auf zwei Extreme: Vernatsch- und Lagreinweine im unteren und untersten Preissegment f\u00fcr ein Publikum, das biologisch bedingt immer kleiner wird, oder teure und teuerste Ikonen wie ein Lafoa oder Cor R\u00f6migberg. Das mittlere Segment scheint v\u00f6llig zu fehlen aber ich vermeine diesbez\u00fcglich Neugierde versp\u00fcrt zu haben. Unser Imageproblem in deutschen Landen sind wir \u2014 endlich mit Erfolg \u2014 dabei abzuarbeiten, und eine gewisse, noch bescheidene Nachfrage scheint wirklich da zu sein. Jetzt liegt es an uns, dieses zarte Pfl\u00e4nzchen zu hegen und zu pflegen. Vielleicht auch mit meinen Weinen…<\/p>\n

Naturalmente si \u00e8 visto per l’ennesima volta che il sudtirolo \u00e8 tutt’altro che l’ombelico del mondo enologico, per\u00f2 penso di poter rispondere alla domanda nel titolo con un s\u00ec. Infatti non siamo del tutto sconosciuti e l’interesse secondo me sta aumentando pian piano. Al momento i rivenditori da me incontrati non propongono l’Alto Adige o limitano l’offerta a due estremi: vini della variet\u00e0 Schiava e Lagrein a prezzi bassi e bassissimi per una clientela che per ragioni biologiche dimiuisce sempre di pi\u00f9 o delle icone costose e costosissime del tipo Lafoa o Cor R\u00f6migberg. La parte media in termini di qualit\u00e0 e prezzi manca completamente ma mi sembra di percepire una certa curiosit\u00e0 nei suoi confronti. Il nostro problema di immagine in Germania lo stiamo risolvendo finalmente con un certo successo ed una richiesta, anche se molto modesta, sembra esserci davvero.
