\"\"<\/a>Endlich wieder einmal etwas \u00fcber die Produktion, wird sich so manche Leser des Blogs denken, und nicht dauernd Berichte \u00fcber das Pr\u00e4sentieren und das Verkaufen. Stimmt, dar\u00fcber wurde in den vergangenen Monaten viel von mir geschrieben, aber es war tats\u00e4chlich so, der Blog widerspiegelt recht gut, wo im Moment des Schreibens die Schwerpunkte meiner Aktivit\u00e4ten liegen. Wie eben schon damals<\/a> vorausgesehen, erwies sich die letzte Verkaufssaison wegen der Krisensituation bei zugleich gesteigerter Produktion als relativ schwierig, es musste mehr in diese Richtung gearbeitet werden.<\/p>\n

Finalmente di nuovo un post sulla produzione, penseranno tanti lettori di questo blog, e non sempre questi racconti su presentazioni e vendite. \u00c8 vero, di cose commerciali ho parlato molto, ma era veramente cos\u00ec, il blog rispecchia bene quello che al momento mi occupa di pi\u00f9. Come avevo gi\u00e0 previsto allora<\/a>,\u00a0la scorsa stagione di vendite per causa della crisi e della produzione che nello stesso tempo ho aumentata, si \u00e8 rilevata difficile, bisognava fare di pi\u00f9 del previsto a proposito.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n\"\"<\/a>Nun treten aber wieder andere Dinge in den Vordergrund: in ein paar Wochen wird der neue 09er-Jahrgang der Wei\u00dfen und des Kretzers sowie der 08er des Roten gef\u00fcllt, es gilt, die Weine f\u00fcllfertig zu machen. Die DOC-Proben<\/a> sind geholt worden, ich hoffe die Analysenergebnisse und die Kosturteile lassen eine Zertifizierung ohne Probleme und Verz\u00f6gerungen zu. Drau\u00dfen ist in der Zwischenzeit die Natur erwacht, die Rebknospen treiben aus. Etwas sp\u00e4ter als letztlich gewohnt, aber das finde ich sogar gut. Denn wenn es auch bis zur Lese noch f\u00fcnf Monate dauert, ist damit eine erste Bedingung f\u00fcr ein sp\u00e4treifes oder zumindest nicht allzufr\u00fches Jahr erf\u00fcllt. Und Weine aus solchen Jahren, wo die Reifephase in eine schon k\u00fchlere Periode f\u00e4llt, sind unter unseren Bedingungen besser, in erster Linie was die Aromatik und die Frische angeht. Besonders die Wei\u00dfweine \u2014 unsere Hauptproduktion \u2014 profitieren also davon.<\/p>\n

<\/a>\"\"<\/a>Adesso passano per\u00f2 altre cose in primo piano. Tra qualche settimana imbottiglieremo i bianchi ed il rosato dell’annata 09 ed il rosso 08, bisogna preparare i vini. I campioni per le certificazioni DOC<\/a> sono stati prelevati, speriamo che le analisi chimiche e sensoriali diano risultati soddisfacenti. Intanto si \u00e8 risvegliata la natura, le gemme delle viti si stanno aprendo per il germogliamento. Pi\u00f9 tardi del solito ma questo mi piace. Anche se fino alla vendemmia passeranno ancora cinque mesi, una delle condizioni per una data di vendemmia tardiva o comunque non troppo precoce \u00e8 gi\u00e0 soddisfatta. E le annate dei nostri vini che maturano in un periodo tardivo, gi\u00e0 pi\u00f9 fresco, guadagnano parecchio di freschezza ed aromaticit\u00e0.
