Damit ist es jetzt, wenigstens zum Teil, vorbei. Mit den heurigen Jahr kommen die ersten Trauben der gleichen Sorte\u00a0eines <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/tag\/neuanlage\/\" target=\"_blank\">neuen Weingartens<\/a>, gleich angrenzend,\u00a0dazu. Er war vorher, seit den fr\u00fchen 80er Jahren, mit Wei\u00dfburgunder bestockt, noch vorher war dort Wei\u00dfer Riesling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em>Fin adesso potevo sempre raccontare con un certo orgoglio che il mio Chardonnay\u00a0<\/em>Ogeaner<em>\u00a0viene prevalentamente da viti che hanno almeno 70, probabilmente anche 80 anni. Con il prossimo raccolto ci\u00f2 non corrisponde pi\u00f9 alla verit\u00e0. Infatti quest&#8217;anno vendemmieremo le prime uve di un\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/tag\/impianto-nuovo\/\" target=\"_blank\">nuovo impianto<\/a>\u00a0adiacente. Prima l\u00ec si coltivavano a partire dei primi anni 80 viti della variet\u00e0 Pinot bianco, ancora prima Riesling renano.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more-->Die Jungreben haben sich gut entwickelt und werden jetzt, im dritten Standjahr, den ersten nennenswerten Ertrag liefern. Um die Reben nicht zu \u00fcberfordern, wurde an jedem Trieb nur eine Traube belassen. D.h. wir haben den Ertrag freiwillig\u00a0um fast 50 % vermindert. Ich habe mich f\u00fcr diesen doch eher radikalen Schritt entschlossen auch weil ich den Anteil dieser ersten Jungrebentrauben an der Gesamtmenge nicht zu hoch haben m\u00f6chte. Noch traue ich\u00a0deren Qualit\u00e4t nicht allzuviel zu.<\/p>\n<p><em>Le viti si sono sviluppate bene e forniranno adesso, al terzo anno, il primo raccolto considerevole. Per non sforzarle troppo abbiamo lasciato su ogni tralcio non pi\u00f9 di un grappolo. Vuol dire che abbiamo diradato di nosta volont\u00e0 quasi il 50 % dell&#8217;uva. Ho deciso di fare questo passo pi\u00f9ttosto radicale anche perch\u00e8 non voglio avere una percentuale troppo alta di queste uve di viti giovani nella massa finale. \u00c8 ancora troppo presto per fidarsi ciecamente della loro qualit\u00e0.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/07\/2011-07-15_11-08-59.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[4306]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"float left alignleft size-full wp-image-6837\" style=\"border: 0pt none; margin: 3px;\" title=\"2011-07-15_11-08-59\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/07\/2011-07-15_11-08-59.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"257\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/07\/2011-07-15_11-08-59.jpg 816w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/07\/2011-07-15_11-08-59-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" \/><\/a>Ich bin schon gespannt, ob sich der Charakter des Weines l\u00e4ngerfristig ver\u00e4ndern wird. Die Neuanlage hat n\u00e4mlich ein anderes Erziehungssystem, der Altersunterschied zu den bestehenden Chardonnay-Reben ist beachtlich und auch die Klone sind h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich andere. Ich vermute jedoch, dass sich weder im Guten wie im Schlechten viel \u00e4ndern wird: der Einfluss des flinsigen, tiefgr\u00fcndigen Bodens und der gro\u00dfen Tag-Nacht-Temperaturunterschiede, welche den <em>Ogeaner<\/em> charakterisieren, d\u00fcrften m.E. dominant bleiben\u00a0hinsichtlich der Weintypologie. Aber, wie so oft schon bemerkt, die Rebe und der Wein bereiten uns immer wieder \u00dcberaschungen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sono proprio curioso vedere se il carattere del vino a lungo termine cambier\u00e0. L&#8217;impianto nuovo infatti ha un altra forma di allevamento, la differenza di et\u00e0 nei confronti dell&#8217;impianto esistente \u00e8 notevole ed infine si tratta molto probabilmente di altri cloni. Suppongo per\u00f2 che non cambier\u00e0 tanto nel bene o nel male. Secondo me l&#8217;influenza del terreno sabbioso limoso \u00a0di profondit\u00e0 notevole e le forti escursioni termiche tra giorno e notte caratterizzanti per la zona <\/em>Ogeaner<em> continueranno a dominare a proposito della tipologia.
