Der zum Gl\u00fcck nur geringe mehltaubedingte Botrytisbefall h\u00e4lt sich auch deshalb in Grenzen, da der k\u00fchle und intensive Wind wesentlich zur Eintrocknung der Befallsstellen beigetragen hat. Der momentan als ideal vermutete Erntebeginn d\u00fcrfte in den Tagen um den 20. September liegen.<\/p>\n<p><em>Lo Chardonnay ha grappoli abbastanza spargoli e si presenta al momento con una buccia solida e valori acidici molto interessanti. L&#8217;attacco per fortuna lieve di botrite che deriva essenzialmente dalle infezioni estive di oidio sono limitate grazie al disseccamento delle parti colpite da parte delle temperature basse nonch\u00e8 del vento forte e frequente delle ultime settimane. Al momento credo che la data ideale di vendemmia sar\u00e0 attorno al 20 di settembre.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Beim Grauen Burgunder hat heuer allgemein das chemische Ausd\u00fcnnen mit Berelex nicht so richtig funktioniert. Die rebbedingte Produktion an Giberellins\u00e4ure schwankt von Jahr zu Jahr, so dass manchmal die Dosierung zu gering ausfallen kann. Deshalb gibt es heuer durschnittlich mehr kompakte Trauben, die Anzahl der Essigf\u00e4ulenester ist in der Folge h\u00f6her. Dass es sich bei der Anlage um eine Pergl handelt, verschlimmert wie erwartet dieses Problem, eine besonders sorgf\u00e4ltige Lese ist also schon vorprogrammiert. Bei der Festlegung des Lesetermins wird der Gesundheitszustand ein wichtiger Parameter sein, ich kann mir denken, dass Mitte der n\u00e4chsten Woche diese Sorte ansteht.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sul Pinot grigio il diradamento chimico con Berelex quest&#8217;anno non ha funzionato da nessuna parte in modo soddisfacente. La quantit\u00e0 di giberelline che la vite stessa produce varia di anno in anno e cosicch\u00e9 il dosaggio pu\u00f2 essere troppo debole. A determinare l&#8217;inizio della vendemmia sar\u00e0 sicuramente anche lo stato fitosanitario, penso che met\u00e0 della prossima settimana possa essere una data probabile. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Auch der normalerweise sehr sp\u00e4te Gew\u00fcrztraminer hat \u2014 zumindest analytisch \u2014 schon jetzt von den kr\u00e4ftigen Tag-Nacht-Temperaturunterschieden der letzten Zeit ordentlich profitiert. Wie auch bei den anderen beiden Sorten ist die S\u00e4ure gemessen an den Zuckerwerten noch recht hoch. Ein wichtiger Faktor bei der Verarbeitung im Keller. Voraussichtliche Ernte: Ende September.<\/p>\n<p><em>Anche il di per se tardivo Gew\u00fcrztraminer ha gi\u00e0 adesso, almeno dal punto di vista analitico, approfittato delle forti escursioni termiche di queste settimane.
