L&#8217;Alto Adige produce vini di qualit\u00e0 spiccanti che sono portatori dell&#8217;immagine della regione e che grazie alla loro reputazione sono decisivi nel far conoscere il Sudtirolo nel mondo.&#8220; Cos\u00ec si \u00e8 espresso Thomas Widmann, assessore provinciale per l&#8217;economia \u00a0alla <a href=\"http:\/\/www.suedtirolerwein.com\/it-6-775.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">presentazione<\/a> della nuova capsula comune il novembre scorso.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Wer an S\u00fcdtirol denkt, soll immer automatisch auch an ein Weinland denken.&#8220; \u00e4u\u00dferte sich <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/download_blog\/landwirt_berger.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[5726]\">zuletzt<\/a> auch Landwirtschaftlandesrat Hans Berger deutlich. Auch f\u00fcr ihn ist die Einigkeit in der S\u00fcdtiroler Weinwirtschaft nach innen und au\u00dfen sehr wichtig: &#8222;Endlich haben wir den Schriftzug &#8218;S\u00fcdtirol&#8216; auf den Kappen der Sieben-Zehntel-Flaschen. Diesen sollen nun schnellstens alle Beteiligten umsetzen. Und ich meine wirklich alle! Anche per lui l&#8217;unit\u00e0 verso l&#8217;interno e l&#8217;esterno \u00e8 fondamentale: &#8222;Finalmente abbiamo la scritta\u00a0&#8218;S\u00fcdtirol&#8216; sule capsule delle bottiglie da sette decimi. Questo \u00e8 da realizzare da tutti i coinvolti il pi\u00f9 presto possibile. E ripeto, da veramente tutti! Se gi\u00e0 questo costituisce un problema, tutto il resto non \u00e8 altro che belle parole.&#8220;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ich teile vollinhaltlich die Meinung obgenannter Herren. Auch wenn es abgedroschen klingen mag, Einigkeit macht stark, immer noch. Und daf\u00fcr sind wir auch immer wieder <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intravino.com\/vino\/lalto-adige-anzi-no-il-sudtirol-si-unisce-sotto-una-capsula-comune\/\" target=\"_blank\">beneidet<\/a> worden. Meine Weine werden aber trotzdem erst mit der F\u00fcllung 2012 die einheitliche Kapsel aufweisen. Nicht, weil ich zuerst andere vorpreschen lassen will, sondern aus eher banalen Gr\u00fcnden: Um die ohnehin f\u00fcr Kleinabf\u00fcller hohen Kosten f\u00fcr das Packaging etwas zu reduzieren, bestelle ich immer Kapseln f\u00fcr zwei Jahre. F\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung 2011, im Mai geplant, habe ich noch deren gen\u00fcgend, und ein \u00dcberdrucken mit dem Logo geht nicht, hat man mir diese Tage mitgeteilt. An einen anderen Abf\u00fcller kann ich die Kapseln auch nicht weiterverkaufen, das sie mit der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Betriebsnummer versehen sind. Und fast viertausend Euro einfach dem Altmetall zuf\u00fchren? Anche se pu\u00f2 suonare retorico, l&#8217;unit\u00e0 fa la forza, tuttora. E per questo siamo sempre stati <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intravino.com\/vino\/lalto-adige-anzi-no-il-sudtirol-si-unisce-sotto-una-capsula-comune\/\" target=\"_blank\">invidiati<\/a>. Ci\u00f2 nonostante i miei vini presenteranno soltanto a partire dell&#8217;imbottigliamento 2012 la capsula comune. Non perch\u00e8 voglio lasciare ad altri il ruolo di apripista ma per dei motivi banali: per limitare i costi gi\u00e0 alti di packaging da piccolo produttore\u00a0ordino sempre capsule per due anni. Per l&#8217;imbottigliamento 2011 ne ho ancora abbastanza e stamparci sopra adesso il logo non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 possibile, mi hanno comunicato questi giorni. Vendere le caspule ad un altro imbottigliatore \u00e8 impossibile perch\u00e8 riportano obbligatoriamente il codice dell&#8217;azienda. E portare quasi quattromila Euro al metallo vecchio?
