Ein paar Wochen nach Beginn des Austriebes ist es an der Zeit, \u00fcberz\u00e4hlige Triebe zu entfernen. Es geht darum, dass auf der Fruchtrute (dem &#8222;Lafer&#8220;) jene Triebe abgerissen werden, welche aus dem gleichen Auge sprie\u00dfen, auch sonstwie zu eng stehen bzw. schon jetzt zu wenig Wuchskraft aufweisen, sogenannte K\u00fcmmertriebe. Diese Arbeit wird in S\u00fcdtirol Schabigen genannt.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c8 di nuovo ora dei primi lavori al verde. Un paio di settimane dopo  il germogliamento bisogna togliere i germogli superflui. Si tratta di  strappare dal capo a frutto i doppi getti cio\u00e8 quelli che escono dalla  stessa gemma, i germogli che stanno troppo stretti e quelli che gi\u00e0  adesso mostrano una vigoria non sufficiente. Questi lavori si riassumono  col termine di scacchiatura.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/05\/2011-04-28_07-09-13.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[6277]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"float left alignleft size-full wp-image-6312\" style=\"border: 0pt none; margin: 0px;\" title=\"2011-04-28_07-09-13\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/05\/2011-04-28_07-09-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"291\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/05\/2011-04-28_07-09-13.jpg 1648w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/05\/2011-04-28_07-09-13-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/wp-content\/2011\/05\/2011-04-28_07-09-13-1024x767.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 291px) 100vw, 291px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich dazu werden die zahlreichen Ausschl\u00e4ge am Stock entfernt, wir sprechen vom &#8222;Fu\u00dfschabigen&#8220;. Es ist eigentlich vom Gesichtswinkel der Arterhaltung betrachtet eine gut funktionierende Eigenschaft, dass die Rebe immer wieder auch aus dem sehr alten Holz austreibt, man kann so bei bestimmten Anl\u00e4ssen gut einen Stock wieder aufbauen. Aber es schafft auch sehr viel Arbeit, treiben diese schlafenden Augen wenn auch nicht so stark, doch w\u00e4hrend der ganzen Vegetationsperiode immer wieder aus. Manche Triebe auf dem alten Holz m\u00fcssen auch im Normafall belassen werden und zwar jene, welche beim n\u00e4chsten Winterschnitt als Fruchtrute oder als Daumen dienen sollen. Deshalb sollten jene Arbeitskr\u00e4fte, welche die ersten Laubarbeiten verrichten, auch jene sein, die im Winter diese Reben schneiden, oder zumindest sollten die Vorstellungen bez\u00fcglich des Rebschnittes abgestimmt sein.<\/p>\n<p><em>[youtube width=&#8220;380&#8243; height=&#8220;310&#8243;]http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Bvyk0OtTLtU[\/youtube]Inoltre si togliono i numerosi getti che spuntano dal ceppo, la spollonatura. Visto dal lato della conservazione della specie \u00e8 un vantaggio significativo della vite e anche dal punto di vista agronomico \u00e8 vantaggioso in quanto si pu\u00f2 ricostruire un ceppo partendo dai ricacci. Per\u00f2 provoca anche tanto lavoro in quanto le gemme dormienti danno luogo per tutto il periodo vegetativo, anche se in misura ridotta, a questi germogli. Alcuni getti del legno vecchio si devono anche lasciare, e cio\u00e8 quelli che serviranno l&#8217;anno prossimo come capo a frutto, per i cos\u00ecdetti tagli di ritorno. Per questo l&#8217;operatore che fa questi primi interventi sul verde dovrebbe essere anche quello che pota le viti o, se ci\u00f2 non \u00e8 possibile, \u00e8 importante che almeno le finalit\u00e0 della potatura siano ben concordate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>[youtube width=&#8220;380&#8243; height=&#8220;310&#8243;]http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=TE_nYARodLk[\/youtube]<\/em>F\u00fcr das Stockputzen in den Drahtrahmenanlagen haben wir heuer erstmals ein Ger\u00e4t verwendet und zwar \u00fcber den Maschinenring. Das verwendete B\u00fcrstenger\u00e4t entfernt nicht nur die Stockausschl\u00e4ge sondern es entfernt auch das Gras im Unterstockbereich, was uns einen M\u00e4hvorgang erspart.<\/p>\n<p><em>Per la spollonatura nei vigneti allevati a spalliera abbiamo utilizzato attraverso una cooperativa di macchine agricole per la prima volta una spollonatrice. Questa macchina a spazzole non toglie solo i ricacci del fusto ma anche l&#8217;erba sul filare.
