Stimmt, auch mit gef\u00e4llt das \u00fcblicherweise nicht, die deutsche Sprache sollte gen\u00fcgend Ausdrucksm\u00f6glichkeiten bieten, aber gestern war ein toller Moment und ich wollte auch einmal so richtig gro\u00df tun.<\/p>\n<p>Gleich nach der Vinitaly, wo ich ihn noch als Fassprobe den Interessierten zeigte und besonders zur Vinea tirolensis, trafen f\u00fcr unseren ersten Rotwein <a title=\"Datenblatt Merlot Klausner\" href=\"http:\/\/kobler-margreid.com\/deutsch\/lagen_weine\/klausner_mr\/klausner_mr.html\" target=\"_blank\">Merlot Klausner 2006 Riserva<\/a> Vorbestellungen ein. Laut DOC-Regelung hinsichtlich der Bezeichnung Riserva d\u00fcrfen die so bezeichneten Weine ab dem 1. Oktober zwei Jahre nach deren Weinlese vermarktet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einem Tag Versp\u00e4tung haben sich Monika und ich, eine Atempause zwischen den Einkellerungen nutzend, nachmittags auf den Weg gemacht und die bestellten Mengen ausgeliefert. Un da es, wie gesagt, f\u00fcr mich ein wichtiges Ereignis war, wollten wir diese Momente samt den Kundschaften, welche uns ihr wertvolles Vertrauen schenken, auch fotografisch festhalten. Aus logistischen Gr\u00fcnden muss auch die <a title=\"Enoteca Bonatti\" href=\"http:\/\/www.enotecabonatti.it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Enoteca Bonatti<\/a> in Florenz noch etwas auf den Merlot warten, w\u00e4hrend unser italienweiter Wiederverk\u00e4ufer <a title=\"PropostaVini\" href=\"http:\/\/www.propostavini.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Proposta Vini<\/a> einiges an Flaschen schon am Vormittag selbst abgeholt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Der <a title=\"Wikipedia: Merlot\" href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Merlot\" target=\"_blank\">Merlot<\/a> kann f\u00fcr Margreid durchaus als eine traditionelle Sorte bezeichnet werden. Jahrzentelang wurden seine Trauben zwar gerne u.a. als &#8222;Weichmacher&#8220; f\u00fcr die harten, grasigen, aber besser bewerteten Cabernets und Carmen\u00e8res verwendet, aber seltenst dementsprechend gut bezahlt. Erst in den 90er Jahren konnte er zu einem wirklichen qualitativen und \u00f6konomischen H\u00f6henflug ansetzen, der <a title=\"pdf: Merlot Brenntal\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kellerei-kurtatsch.it\/pdf\/premium\/kurtatsch_Brennta%20Merlot.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Merlot Brenntal<\/a> der Kellerei Kurtatsch ist ein gutes Beispiel daf\u00fcr. Leider ist die Sorte jetzt, das <a title=\"Wikipedia: Bordeaux\" href=\"http:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Bordeaux_(Weinbaugebiet)\" target=\"_blank\">Bordelaiser<\/a> Ursprungsgebiet nat\u00fcrlich ausgenommen, etwas aus der Mode gekommen. Ich bin aber \u00fcberzeugt, dass es trotzdem noch gen\u00fcgend Weintrinker gibt, welche diesen hochwertigen Rotwein weiterhin sch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n<p>Hinsichtlich der Vinifizierung wurden Techniken angewandt, welche der f\u00fcr unseren Betrieb \u00fcblichen defensiven \u00d6nologie entsprechen. Unser Merlot (Bilder von 2007 <a title=\"Fotos Merlot 2007\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/deutsch\/bilder\/m07\/m07.html\" target=\"_blank\">hier<\/a>) wurde im gro\u00dfen offenen Stahlfass vergoren, wobei der Tresterhut anf\u00e4nglich zwei Mal am Tag h\u00e4ndisch untergesto\u00dfen wurde. Als maximale G\u00e4rtemperatur wurden 28 \u00b0C eingestellt. Nach dem vollst\u00e4ndigem Abbau des Zuckers folgte bei abgesenktem Schwimmdeckel eine Nachmazeration f\u00fcr zehn Tage. Danach wurde der Jungwein von den Trestern abgezogen, es folgte das Absitzenlassen des groben Hefetrubes sowie das F\u00fcllen der  gebrauchten Barriques &#8211; eigentlich Pi\u00e8ces &#8211; und der biologische S\u00e4ureabbau. Nach der <a title=\"Filtration 08\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/tag\/filtration\/\" target=\"_blank\">Filtration<\/a> mit dem Tangentialfilter wurden die Weine im Fr\u00fchjahr 2008\u00a0<a title=\"F\u00fcllung 08\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kobler-margreid.com\/blog\/2008\/05\/04\/fullung-3-geschafft\/\" target=\"_blank\">gef\u00fcllt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Im Aroma erinnert der Merlot Klausner 06 an reife Waldfr\u00fcchte und D\u00f6rrobst, im Hintergrund riecht man etwas die Kaffee-Noten der Holztoastung. Die Gerbstoffstruktur ist feink\u00f6rnig, nicht aufdringlich und doch pr\u00e4sent.
