Von nun an werden am <em>weinhof KOBLER<\/em> f\u00fcnf (<a title=\"Chardonnay Ogeaner\" href=\"http:\/\/kobler-margreid.com\/deutsch\/lagen_weine\/ogeaner_ch\/ogeaner_ch.html\" target=\"_blank\">Chardonnay<\/a>, <a title=\"Grauer Burgunder Klausner\" href=\"http:\/\/kobler-margreid.com\/deutsch\/lagen_weine\/klausner_gb\/klausner_gb.html\" target=\"_blank\">Grauer Burgunder<\/a>, <a title=\"Gew\u00fcrztraminer Feld\" href=\"http:\/\/kobler-margreid.com\/deutsch\/lagen_weine\/feld_gt\/feld_gt.html\" target=\"_blank\">Gew\u00fcrztraminer<\/a>, Merlot <a title=\"Merlot Riserva Klausner\" href=\"http:\/\/kobler-margreid.com\/deutsch\/lagen_weine\/klausner_mr\/klausner_mr.html\" target=\"_blank\">1<\/a> &amp; <a title=\"Merlot Kretzer Kotzner\" href=\"http:\/\/kobler-margreid.com\/deutsch\/lagen_weine\/kotzner_mk\/kotzner_mk.html\" target=\"_blank\">2<\/a>, Cabernet franc) statt sechs Rebsorten kultiviert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Tats\u00e4chlich ist die Entscheidung aber darauf zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, dass der Wei\u00dfburgunder, der immerhin eine der vier S\u00fcdtiroler <a title=\"Beratungsring: Die Neugierde des Konsumenten...\" href=\"http:\/\/www.beratungsring.org\/beratungsring\/list_zeitschrift.php?\/s,1380\/&amp;swip=df71f48df99487282aec91d4523b5578\" target=\"_blank\">Leitsorten<\/a> sein soll, in der Lage &#8222;Ogeaner&#8220; keine zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse in punkto Weinqualit\u00e4t erbracht hat, mehrere Kleinausbauten haben es mir best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Als die Anlage in den 80er-Jahren erstellt wurde, war diese Sorte durchaus unter den in dieser Lage empfohlenen. Das war damals auch gerechtfertigt, da aus unseren Wei\u00dfweinen haupts\u00e4chlich Sektgrundweine f\u00fcr oberitalienische Betriebe hergestellt wurden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">F\u00fcr die Stillweinproduktion ist m.E. Wei\u00dfburgunder am Talgrund aber nicht geeignet. In den letzten, von gesteigerten Qualit\u00e4tsweinproduktion und getrennten Ausbauten auch in gr\u00f6\u00dferen Betrieben gekennzeichneten Jahren, hat man diesbez\u00fcglich einiges an Erfahrung sammeln k\u00f6nnen: Chardonnay braucht als Faustregel die tieferen, w\u00e4rmeren, Wei\u00dfburgunder die h\u00f6heren, frischeren Lagen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In den letzten Wochen wurde das gesamte St\u00fctzger\u00fcst und anschlie\u00dfend auch die Rebst\u00f6cke aus der Anlage entfernt. Momentan, besonders nach dem ersten Schneefall (siehe Bild), pr\u00e4sentiert sich der Weingarten als eine weite Fl\u00e4che, ein Anblick der eigentlich immer nur sehr kurz ist. Nachdem in S\u00fcdtirol Fl\u00e4chen absolute Mangelware sind, ist es nicht \u00fcblich, eine <a title=\"pdf-Datei: Brache im Weinbau\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lwg.bayern.de\/weinbau\/rebenanbau_qualitaetsmanagement\/linkurl_3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Brache<\/a>, auch nur von einer Vegetationsperiode, einzulegen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Demn\u00e4chst wird noch der Boden gepfl\u00fcgt, damit die alten Rebwurzeln entfernt werden k\u00f6nnen, w\u00e4hrend ich den Rebschuler meines Vertrauens treffen werde, um die geeigneten Chardonnay-<a title=\"Begriffserkl\u00e4rung: Klon\" href=\"http:\/\/209.85.129.132\/search?q=cache:esoWHlLRQ5gJ:www.hr-online.de\/servlet\/de.hr.cms.servlet.File\/05-156_klon2%3Fws%3Dhrmysql%26blobId%3D58981%26id%3D13087582+weinbau+klon&amp;hl=de&amp;ct=clnk&amp;cd=63&amp;client=firefox-a\" target=\"_blank\">Klone<\/a> auszusuchen und die ben\u00f6tigten Mengen zu bestellen.
