Seit ein paar Wochen k\u00f6nnen meine Weine im Zunfthaus zur Waag<\/a><\/strong> in Z\u00fcrich k\u00e4uflich erworben werden. Nachdem wir immer mehr Besuche aus der Schweiz in der Urlaubszeit verzeichnen k\u00f6nnen, war es mir wichtig, dass die eidgen\u00f6ssischen Kunden auch unterm Jahr eine M\u00f6glichkeit haben, zu unseren Weinen zu kommen.<\/p>\n

No, non ho (ancora?) un importatore in Svizzera. Il cliente privato pu\u00f2 venire per\u00f2 lo stesso servito. Infatti da qualche settimana si possono comprare i miei vini nel ristorante \u00a0Zunfthaus zur Waag<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0a Zurigo. Siccome durante il periodo vacanziero\u00a0abbiamo sempre di pi\u00f9 visite \u00a0in azienda\u00a0dalla Svizzera mi sembrava importante che i vini siano reperibili da loro anche nel restante periodo.<\/em><\/p>\n

2010 hat die Zusammenarbeit<\/a> mit Sepp Wimmer<\/a>, dem umtriebigen Wirt dieses Z\u00fcricher Top-Restaurants, begonnen. Er hat ein besonderes Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr Wein und eine Schw\u00e4che auch f\u00fcr jene Produkte, welche nicht so sehr bekannt sind. Die G\u00e4ste wissen seine Erfahrung zu sch\u00e4tzen und lassen sich gerne von ihm Weine empfehlen, auch immer wieder was ausgefallenes. Um den Horizont der G\u00e4ste von allf\u00e4lligen Vorurteilen zu befreien, bietet er den G\u00e4sten bei Gelegenheit immer wieder kleine Blindverkostungen (mit \u00fcberraschenden Ergebnissen) ganz spontan an. Das Angebot an Weinen ist recht stattlich, zus\u00e4tzlich gibt es Produkte, welche auf der Weinkarte<\/a> nicht verzeichnet sind.<\/p>\n

Nel 2010 \u00e8 cominciata la collaborazione<\/a> con Sepp Wimmer<\/a>, l’attivo gestore di questo ristorante di punta di Zurigo. \u00c8 un appassionato vero di vino e ha un debole anche per prodotti meno conosciuti. Gli ospiti sanno della sua esperienza ed accettano volentieri i suoi consigli, pure quando si tratta di cose nuove. Per liberare l’orizzonte degli ospiti da eventuali pregiudizi organizza all’occasione anche delle piccole degustazioni alla cieca (con esiti spesso sorprendenti).
